I'm a Realtor that was referred to Dave Testa by a loan officer, Jolene Moore. She had mentioned Dave and National Settlement did a great job for her. After working with Dave on multiple transactions, I agree. He answers my calls on my first call, and if not I hear back from him within a couple of hours. This is important as I do real estate part time, so it's nice that he treats me with the same respect as bigger agents. He is super accommodating to my clients as he goes directly to their house for closing, if necessary. I also find he is very patient with myself and my clients, there's no question he won't patiently answer.

I recommend and give 10 stars to National Settlement services. Dave is friendly, personable, yet professional. I can count on Dave and his team to get things done. He responses to emails, texts, phone calls all the time and never had a problem communicating with him. He will come to anywhere to close which is very convenient.

This team is great. Had the opportunity to work extensively with Loretta. What a kind, fun professional. My deal went sideways a couple times and Loretta stepped up and guided us through. Dave Testa is super amazing! The first time we spoke, it felt to me that I known Dave for several years! He cleared my confusion in seconds and I must have called Dave 10 times the same day back to back. Every time I called, Dave picked up the phone promptly and provided the appropriate information! I was extremely confused about the two settlements, RIFI and New Purchase. I wanted to provide Dave both settlements to handle, however Dave quickly advised me that for the new purchase, it is beneficial for me to let the builder handle that settlement! Though off course he was well aware that he is giving away the business to another settlement company! Dave continued to say, he is more than happy to process the new purchase as well but it is in my best interest to let the builder handle the new purchase so that I don't loose the builder incentive of $5,000.00. That speaks volume about Dave and National Settlement Services as an organization! Looking out for the best interest of the client!
