The sales team is great here, very personable, honest, and straight with you. Andrew Michael was always upfront with us and was very helpful through my first loan with them. The servicing, loan processing, and account management teams are not good though. They give very little service and its very difficult to talk to someone who can help you. If I wanted something done I pretty much needed to get Andrew involved. Besides the servicing and processing teams this is a great company to work with.
