Wow, so captivating!! I am completely thrilled with the beautiful bracelet that I received for Christmas from Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange. All associates are kind, professional and true jewelry experts. Nancy is especially amazing! Not only is she pleasant- she is knowledgeable, responsive and resourceful. She has a witty sense of humor and loves jewelry as much as I do. Plus, Nancy is a straight shooter and undoubtedly knows her stuff - and we truly value that. Additionally, over the years, I have purchased, sold and consigned various pieces of jewelry and luxury bags with this company. I’ve always enjoyed the process and felt that they were respectful, fair and honest. Lastly, I appreciate their focus on safety and making it a warm and welcoming environment for all who visit. My mom and I have been coming here for years. Whether it’s been to have pieces repaired, made, cleaned or just to shop around, we love this place and the people there! They are great to work with and Nancy especially has always been fantastic to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and always has her client's best interest in mind. I recently had a very old signet ring remade due to wear and tear of the original piece. I wanted the ring to look exactly like the original, only in gold. They made a replica that looked almost identical. The craftsmanship is beautiful and the attention to detail is superb. I couldn’t be any happier. We are long time customers, but will definitely be coming here more often to have custom pieces made!

I went to the store two consecutive days and Phary (P) helped me during both visits. She was GREAT!!!! Phary was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. She offered to call me when the bracelet l was interested was ready for sale and when similar bracelets and necklaces arrived she felt l'd be interested in. Phary provided TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and never pressured me to make a purchase.

I have only the best things to say about Tyson's Watch & Jewelry Exchange and Nancy who I worked with. If you are selling fine jewelry, they are absolutely the most fair and honorable people to work with in the DMV. I spoke with numerous jewelers in the area and it was crystal clear that this business does the best by their customers by far. Nancy took great care to examine and research each item so she could give me the best prices. Truly, I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else.

Scheduled an appointment for later today to pick up a watch I saw online after already confirming price over the phone. Only for them to call me back later to tell me that the price of the piece was now double for me if I still wanted it. Classic bait and switch tactic! I Will not recommend them to my circle of watch collectors as an option for purchasing luxury timepieces, especially with the number of other more professional jewelers in NOVA and online.

Great experience here with Nancy! She made sure to take care of us throughout the whole process and kept up with us expeditiously until it's delivery. Our ring turned out great and we could not be happier.

They are the biggest scammers and liars in the pawn business. They steal your jewelry for low ball offers just to resell it for their own failing business. They will smile in your face and stab you in the back for their own financial gain. Please take your jewelry to other businesses that will give you honest prices. And, not to predators like Jesse, Karen, Rose, Nancy, and Jerry. ALL UNETHICAL AND DECEPTIVE PEOPLE. DON'T TRUST THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT.

BEWARE!!!!! I have purchased many watches online before from other retailers and have encountered tremendous customer service. I called Tyson watch & Jewelry exchange to request photos of a watch and the sales person who I spoke with no care in the world to answer my questions or send me photos of the watch. My money was spent better on another watch from another company with excellent customer service. I would be willing to state yours is spent better else were too!!!!

Met with a woman named Karen. She was pleasant over the phone and in person. That all changed after I declined her offer. No issue on my end, since it's just business. It was at this moment, she became very unpleasant. Needless to say, it was my first and last time going there.

I've been to Tysons Jewelry Exchange many times over the past three years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The quality of their jewelry and watches is outstanding, but the thing that I appreciate most is the personal service that I've received. While I've worked more with one particular representative, I've also been to the store when she was not there and had nothing but friendly, professional interactions. In many cases, the person had no idea that I'd purchased a number of watches and other pieces, and yet I was greeted as a valued customer each and every time. I've also worked with Tysons Watch & Jewelry on a number of repairs. The quality of the work is excellent and very reasonable. I've always believed though that businesses distinguish themselves more when something does not go right. One of my repairs was not done as I'd envisioned. It wasn't even wrong per se, just not as I thought it would be. I took the necklace back in months later to ask about it. Nancy immediately understood what I meant, and they made the change on the spot while I waited, all with a cheerful attitude. That's the kind of personal service that makes me go back time and time again.

I was given my grandmothers ring for my engagement ring, but it needed a new band. With such a precious ring, I had a lot of fear about the repair process. I am so glad I trusted Tysons Watch and Jewelry Exchange! The setting was perfectly preserved and the new band was exactly what I wanted. Rose was so patient explaining the different cuts, widths, and options available to us. With her help, I now have a ring that feels like my own, while preserving its long history. I highly recommend the Tyson’s store for assistance with your jewelry questions. I spent an hour with Manager Nancy this past weekend. I have a ring that I love but I’ve been concerned about the diamonds feeling loose. Nancy went out of her way to correct the stability of the stones, and provided valuable advice regarding my other precious pieces. I brought in a unique raw stone that I wanted to have placed in a rose gold setting. Karen and Cecilio did an AMAZING job at creating my vision. They custom created a setting that is secure and more beautiful than I imagined. I was worried how it would look and how secure it would be, but they step by step included me in the entire process and let me see the setting before they placed the stone. Their enthusiasm and kind attitude made me feel supported throughout the whole process!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Without the help of Rose and team, there is no way I could have navigated the jewelry world. They were able to get me exactly what I wanted and made the proposal memorable. I would recommend the experience to anyone.

I absolutely love this place! Nancy is awesome and I have been dealing with her for four years. I started out selling a lot of my mother's beautiful jewelry and have bought some items from them, as well. Nancy is like an old friend! She is amazingly knowledgeable about jewelry and I love chatting with her, too. These folks are honest and unless you have unreasonably high expectations about how much your items are worth, you will NOT be disappointed.

I had an awesome experience today with selling some jewelry pieces that needed to go. The pieces have been sitting in a box for years not being worn. The entire store is so friendly, professional and really cared about putting me at ease. The whole transaction was explained to me and I was pleased with the outcome. As I was waiting for the paperwork to be completed I looked around the store. They have beautiful pieces of jewelry that might be coming to my house. I would recommend anyone who is interested in selling jewelry, or looking for that special item to stop by this store and have a look around you won't be disappointed. I was a bit skeptical at first, but in the end I am glad I went to Tyson’s Watch and Jewelry Exchange. I worked with Karen, who was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. She made me a fair offer for my watch and paid in cash. I probably could have sold my watch on eBay for $500-700 more, but after the fees and shipping, it wouldn’t net me that much more. This was a hassle free experience and I walked out with cash. Give them a try.
