Great experience!! Navid was knowledgeable. Took his time to explain the process. Was patient and attentive from start to finish. And is bilingual (Spanish). The process was easy!! And quick!! Location is clean and welcoming. Not at all what i expected, in a GOOD way. We are very happy customers!

I was helped by the general Manager Munir, he was nice quick and professional. This was not my first time doing a title loan but it was my first with this location. I would recommend this TitleMax Title Loan company to my friends and family. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They make the process quick and easy. I have gotten 2 short term loans from them to help deal with unexpected bills that had to be paid. The office is conveniently located, they are open on Saturdays and can get you on your way with the money you need in a jiffy.

I went in to get a loan because my grandmother died and I wanted to be able to fly to the east coast in time for the funeral. Munir was great to work with. He was helpful and answered all of my questions.

They made a crazy demanding time in our lives a breeze. We were in a out in a flash and all terms and conditions were explained to us, our questions answered. Every time we made a payment, we were updated on how much lower our interest rate has gotten, which was very motivating to keep making our payments on time.
