I don’t know that there are enough positive adjectives available to describe the positive experience we had. Buying a home can be super stressful, especially in this market, but from the very 1st phone call with Jenn and the team here, we knew at least the “lending” part of the puzzle was going to be well taken care off. The ability to take the complex requirements of obtaining a home loan, and basically boiling them down to an easy to follow conversation was so comforting. They knew the questions we didn’t know to even ask and made sure we were well informed, and well prepared for the decision we were about to make. Additionally the responsiveness and proactive communication from day 1 was something I’ve rarely seen from any company, and made darn sure I’m going to tell anyone who’ll listen… that even hints about buying a house “who to call”. We were able to close on our new home finally after many twists and turns (and the team stayed with us the entire way… bless their hearts… 😜) and it is such a blessing to me and my family, and would not have been possible without the professional, friendly, and stellar team here. Jenn, Regina, Crystal and company were there to help us and guide us through the process of getting our mortgage! She is so good at her job that even now that I’m done purchasing my house, when I have felt the need to contact her for any questions or concerns I encounter as a new home owner, she is still always here for me answering as fast as always. And she still tries to find ways to help me out with anything she knows I might need even when I don’t know myself I needed yet. But she is that good! Jenn Bailey is absolutely amazing! And I’m not just saying that because she helps 99% of my clients, I am contesting to that because she has worked with me personally on getting approved and buying a home. She is great with communicating and transparency! She speaks to all my clients with the same respect and she is the sweetest and most professional person I’ve worked with.
