Marina helped me set up a new account yesterday and made it very easy and better than the other banks I have been with she was very helpful and very nice and welcoming. Britt helped me deploy my check today and as well very helpful and welcoming showed me how to fill out a deposit slip and helped me through the process thank y’all so much !!

We just love the Security Service Branch at Hwy 46 in New Braunfels, TX, the people as so professional and friendly. My husband and I recently took out an auto loan there and was very happy with their service. Our loan officer name was Tina Rodriguez, we couldn't of asked for a more knowledgeable person and very pleasant to work with. Tina you are a complete asset to this Credit Union, thank you! I called Security Service in New Braunfels on Thursday to get CD rates. Talked with Tina Rodriguez. She answered the phone rather than a recording. She was so knowledgeable and polite that I went in on Saturday. Tina was working. After talking with her I opened a checking account and a savings account. She was so helpful, that I am planning to now transfer some maturing IRA CDs to Security Service. My wife also elected to get a credit card and Tina was able to get it approved and actually print the card with a chip as we waited. This lady alone, is one of the best that I have ever talked with in any of the credit unions I have been affiliated with, so have plans to transfer other assets to Security Services.

This is my favorite branch because everyone here is always friendly and they provide an excellent level of service. They know me by name and always greet me when I arrive. I live in San Antonio but I use this branch 95% of the time since I work in New Braunfels. Keep up the great work !

They where extremely nice to me and my daughter . Justin -help my daughter and explain to her about about the details if the svaing account .He was very nice and patient with us . Definitely recommend him. David help me and was also very nice ti me . He speaks spanish so it was a huge help , specifically when i speak mainly spanish and its very difficult for me to speak to someone in english without the need if a translator. 5/5 Brit help us get information about who could help me with my retirement plant and got me the information needed. She was very nice and helpful . And when you need helo she there to help you out . Amazing person Shanna -was also extremely helpful and when we first arrive there she was very helpful, and got us the info we needed. She was also extremely nice They where so nice i wish i could give them more than just 5 stars. I wish them the best and hope i get them in my next visit .
