Just had a very positive experience when purchasing a Walther P5 from Freddy. There was a smooth transfer of the weapon to another dealer in my home state. The Walter arrived in excellent condition, as promised. Thank you, Freddy.

Ive had some great experiences here at Freddy's, some great unique items ranging from my first shotgun to a ring i got for my mom. The Garza foamy is really there to give everyone a fair shake and have rarely ever seen someone leave dissatisfied including myself. I regularly go there first if I m looking for anything in particular or just to see the new inventory and always leave with something worth my time. A game, game console, PC monitor, etc. Its always worth stopping in to see what new things they have and their diversity in fire arms are way above your average shop. Truly a grade A establishment.

Fast friendly service.. been going through a lot of problems with a suppressor dealer in New Mexico, Freddy is on top of it every step of the way.. I only wish everyone ran their business as friendly and efficiently as that family does…. I found my new gun shop!!! You will receive all of my business!!!!

Freddy. I was in your store today to make a payment, for something that I had been paying on layaway. And I was treated very very poorly by your employees. I also wanted to sell a drone. And the way that they handled doing business with me made me feel like I wasn't a customer at all but that I was their enemy. They gave me no customer service whatsoever let alone a smile let alone a decent demeanor. The lady inside the store was the worst. The way that they handle their customer service and their business took all the fun out of even being there and actually it was such a drag, I decided that I didn't want to even continue buying this ring that I wanted to get from you. I was so poorly treated that I decided I was never going to do business here again and when I went to go ask how much I've paid on my layaway I was told about $100 I said I was no longer interested in buying that ring and that I wanted my return they told me I could get $15 and stored credit that's it.. now you tell me does that sound at all right. Freddy I've done business with you for many years I know that you're not that kind of man I know that you don't do that kind of business with people. I hate to think that I'll have to take this any further on social media to get your attention but I am going to be coming back into the store and all I want is to be treated nicely the only right thing to do when you're providing a service to the community. Is that so much to ask. I mean they basically almost made me cry leaving your store. I'm truly disappointed being that this was a fun stop for me on occasions. But not any more.

This is by far my favorite pawn shop. I love that it has the personal feel when you talk to the staff and not the typical corporate feel. Carlos was very helpful and made my experience a fun one. I will be coming back.

If 0 stars was an option. I would leave it. The store employees have no communication between themselves. I was told one thing. Then the story changed. Also was rudely, very rudely, explained what happened! I know they generally have a better reputation, but this last experience left a very sour taste in my mouth! This was in regards to purchasing an item.

First time using Freddy for a gun transfer. They called as soon as it arrived and staff was cool and friendly so il definitely use them again. They also have a nice selection of weapons at reasonable prices.

I’ve bought a couple of guns before and was treated like a customer should be treated. When picking up my gun the gentleman helping me out just didn’t have that can do attitude. Would really hate to look for another gun shop. I always talk highly of you guys and recommended a few to visit you guys. Don’t let that one employee ruin that.

Freddy is great. Friendly staff, helpful, and good deals. Great place to order the gun, or suppressor you’ve always wanted. I love that you can get suppressor on layaway and make payments while you wait for the slow useless ATF to approve you. Great way to not be out a huge chunk of funds while you wait for the fun. Gun transfers are $20 btw. It doesn’t get any better than that! Oh wait it does, you can do three transfers at one time for the same $20 fee🙌🏻 Thanks y’all!

Staff was great! Store is very well organized the Pricing on the firearms is great. I would recommend anyone here who is looking for a firearm. My experience with them was amazing and I will most definitely be returning.

Bought mostly all my Firearms from here, love working with Freddy or his kiddos, they are very respectful, also loved working with Danny, great customer service skills, but as of the last week, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, due to 2 employees whom, 1 has been there a good while, apparently needs a nap or food, to not take out his frustration with customers, and another who needs to learn how to talk to customers. Freddy, love ya, but can't work with rude employees. If you had an email, I'd be more detailed, with that, for your respect and stores business.
