Such a clean pawnshop cleanest I’ve ever been too!! Customer service is great Lydia the manager is the sweetest person I’ve met she was very sweet to me and she explained everything when it came to my loan as I was a bit confused. Also the workers are the sweetest kids ever Branden has always been such a big help and has a good customer service hes a big sweetheart. The new girl Mel is such a good worker she does a great job at trying to balance everybody out and help everyone in a timely matter without ignoring anybody. Pronto pawn has the greatest customer service lovable workers I don’t shop at any other pawnshop but this one!!!!!

Henry and Mel took great care of me for Christmas and birthday gifts. I love the jewelry I was able to purchase with their help. Mel polished the silver and gave me gift boxes and bags for each item. I can’t think them enough for their “heart” in caring. I have purchased from them many times in the past. They are my “go to” store.

Well organized, friendly, and knowledgeable! Fast service as well! Insisted on helping as soon as we walked in. My type of service! As I am in the sales business. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. My kids even got slightly out of character and no one ever got rude about it. I was fully satisfied!
