Poor customer service and integrity from Roxanne... I've dealt with better... Im from Texas born and raised I expected better..but when my wallet got stolen all you cared about was your funky payment and forced unauthorized checks to come out of my bank account instead of being professional and trying to contact me first... Payday im paying the loan off i am very unsatisfied with your lack of services.

I make 2693.00 a month and i was turned away for 200 loan their is a hispanic lady she will turn you away if you are white. She turned down 8 different people i know that are of the white race and to really top things off she started speaking to the hispanic customers in spanish and looked right at me with a smile on her face. Do not use these people at all with how their behavior is in the office is not cool. But the white guy had strange look at her she told him to turn me away basically and he did not lool lile he wanted to do that you could see the fear that he was afraid of her.
