    After being at ACE for almost 2 hrs getting hung up by customer service representative more than once. Krystal H is literally an Angel from above. She helped us try to figure out what was wrong, called customer service for us. Since they wouldn’t help, she closed the account opened a new one for us. Helped us get everything I mean EVERYTHING set up. And kept helping us till our problems were resolved. Krystal needs a raise!
