Had the unfortunate task of having to process a credit life claim with this office. When originally getting the loan they were extremely helpful. Once the insurance claim was filed suddenly had no time to return phone calls or offer any cooperation. Up to and including not bothering to notify us they had received the pay off. As far as the remainder of the insurance that they are receiving that should go to the beneficiary they suddenly don't know exactly how that works. Amazing they knew all about it when they wanted to sell it. Hhhmmm.....i know who I won't ever recommend.

I just got off the phone with Sara whom was helping me complete my application on-line. I have a small business I needed the loan for, I am selling my home and now have an apartment too for my major expenses so I would say I had a fairly unique situation and difficulty getting qualified. Sara was able to clearly explain my options as the story unfolded during the interview. We came up with the best possible solution along with some additional options if necessary. WOW!!!
