Even though I no longer live in New Braunfels, I still bank with Jefferson Bank in New Braunfels. They offer the kind of personal customer service that the big banks are incapable of providing. Everyone knows my name and the customer service is always on point. No matter where I live, Jefferson will continue to be my bank!

Sherry who is a VP and loan officer at this branch has gone above and beyond to assist us with getting our application in order for (hopefully) the second round of PPP funding. She has been readily available to us to answer any questions and provide advice to us during this process. Nothing but trouble with this bank and this branch in particular... And it's not even MY bank. Will seriously try to talk employer into changing banks. They have trouble moving money from one bank to another... In other words they can't do the one thing they are there to do. Worthless!
