My husband and I have utilized Trey and his team for 2 home loans now, with this more recent loan we had more concerns of transitioning loan types and getting things together for closing. Trey and his team stepped up and were proactive to get the documents together and make the whole process smooth. He is very knowledgeable on VA loans being a veteran as well which really put my husband's mind at ease. Trey is great in his communication skills so we were always aware of the process, what to expect, and what was needed. We close on our dream home on time Monday and with a great rate thanks to Trey. Trey was amazing to work with!!!! He was the only lender that I spoke to that would take the time and listen to what we wanted and were trying to accomplish. Once we choose to let Trey help us with the financing, he gave us valuable advice on achieving our goal of buying a house in a sellers market. Most of assets were tied up in other investments, and gave us ideas on how to come up with the minimum we needed for a down payment . He walked us through the different loan options and took as much time as we need to ensure we understood all of our option allowing us to make a choice that was best for us.
