The service I received from Nick and Mary Beth from Loan Pronto was professional. The processed took less than 7 working days from start to finish. After searching other lending companies, and doing loan estimates with others, Loan Pronto beat them all by over $4,000. The other companies could not match Loan Pronto closing cost. I had no out of pocket expenses, and the process was unbelievable easy. All I had to do was provide certain ID numbers, and they did the rest. Never once had to submit W2, taxes, etc. Loan Pronto also did the closing at a place of my choice. They sent a rep to the house to close. How much easier is that? I would definitely recommend Loan Pronto, but do what I did and shop around, but Loan Pronto will be your cheapest and easiest way.

What can I say about my second experience with Loan Pronto that I didn’t already cover in my first review? I suppose I can just reaffirm my effusive opinion of their responsiveness, transparency, and customer-first approach to service. Brittney and Peyton just make everything so seamless, and really focus on doing what’s in my best interest. I wanted a cash-out refi of my VA loan to take advantage of the equity in my home. Once I explained my needs and requirements, they took the baton from there and made the entire process painless and quick. Their professionalism and kindness makes me somehow excited to do it all over again in six months or so.

Mary and Max where two of the easiest people to work with I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I started this process on a Sunday morning and this is the first time refinancing our house so obviously had a few questions. We were originally going with a different lender, I had a gut feeling that things were being pulled over my head and I didn’t feel heard at all. I called Loan Officer, Nick Isbey and he took me LINE BY LINE to make sure I understood what this other lender was saying and what I should ask for. He didn’t try to sell me on his company, he was genuinely there for us and our best interest. So with that we pulled the plug and went with Nick and Loan Pronto. Thank goodness for our realtor and the mortgage officer at his office we were able to purchase our new home. We started with Ben at this loan office but AFTER going under contract we were told “there was nothing he could do”. If you are an FHA homeowner and you are ready to re-finance, you have to check out Rodger and his team at Loan Pronto. I heard their advertisements on the MRL morning show often and also heard good reviews. When it was time for me to re-finance, I gave them a call. Rodger and his team made paperwork and organization very easy. They even sent a notary to my house to sign all the paperwork. They explained all the paperwork I needed, and I can't believe how fast we closed. They met every expectation and addressed all of my concerns. Customer service was wonderful and now they are all I recommend to everyone. Don't wait and give them a call!
