Cole and the whole movement team did an excellent job with our mortgage. We were concerned about getting a low interest rate, having a mortgage broker who was really quick and responsive in this crazy market, and getting to closing day with no problems and Cole provided all of those things. Cole was super responsive and available- would answer our random phone calls on the weekends, texts and emails even over the holidays, and was always the first to reply back on an email thread with all of the many people involved in the home buying process. He answered all of our questions and was super kind throughout the whole process. We closed with no issues or stress thanks to Cole.

I'm going to start by saying that I could not have possibly chosen a better person or lender to work with. Cole made my first time home buying experience smoother than I could have ever imagined. Since this was my first time, I was initially fearful and honestly wasn't sure what all to expect but from the very first call, to the day of closing, Cole was there to walk me through the process. He quickly answered the all of the many questions that I had throughout the approval and loan process and clearly communicated all of my options with me. This was my first home purchase and I went into the process not knowing a ton. Cole was very responsive from start to finish. I first connected with him about 4-5 months before I was really ready to buy with a ton of basic questions and he got back to me immediately. Throughout the full process he and his team were very quick to respond to and clarify any questions I had. Several requests with estimates and breakdowns requested were also sent over multiple times during the search which allowed me to ensure I knew what I could purchase. We were very nervous about the purchasing process especially since we were doing it from another state. Cole made it very easy for us and was there every step of the way giving sound advice!
