All I can say is WOW!! Brian completed my loan package and had us meeting our originally planned close date and time.....with only 7 days to process all items from the beginning. I had started a loan process with another company. As the process moved forward, some issues arose that I didn't like. Therefore, I fired the first company, but had no one to turn to for the loan. My agent suggest Brian based on his professionalism and determination to get the best for his client(s). We discussed my situation and Brain went to work that Friday afternoon. As stated above, 7 days later, the following Friday, we had all approvals and documents ready for closing. AND, at a much better interest rate and closing cost than my originally planned route. Brian did a great job for me on this loan. Plus, I liked working with him as a person. Brian is honest, straight up, and does what he says! I had originally planned to refinance my mortgage with my existing mortgage holder - seemed simple enough, and I figured it would go pretty quickly - after 3 months, and no closing date in sight, I called Brian at Peachtree. I explained my situation and asked how quick he could get me closed, he said "about 3 weeks" - he immediately had my business. I'd had an appraisal done by my original company, and they told me they wouldn't let me transfer it to the new load- Brian got involved, not only did they transfer it, they did not charge me for it! He was helpful all along the way - made a recommendation on homeowner's insurance that saved me almost $1K per year as well. I can't recommend Peachtree strongly enough - they really care, and they are the best in the business! Update Brian is now at First Heritage Mortgage LLC - just used him to refinance again to a lower rate - and it was incredibly easy. I highly recommend him and his team - he has the process down pat - communicates effectively throughout the process - completely painless. Thank you.
