Beazer Homes Abernathy Rd, Atlanta

Calling it as "Rose Mansion" as its my first dream palace of my taste that I have always thought to have as one of my milestones. The Beazer Homes are good but need to improve on timelines - such as timely delivery as planned , no delay should lead to my extension and extra fee charge that renters penalizes on us. Then Taps of kitchen should be all well checked and tight for atleast 6months then I can expect to tighten on daily basis. Online App portal or login for issuing requests or making a community portal for connecting the people living in the same community. Few things I think should have been there to make me feel welcomed.

Excellent home, great quality. Richard, Emanuel and Wade have been amazing with orienting us in our new home as new home owners, They are very patient, friendly, they take the time to listen to you and teach you as well. Brand new home is great. And workmanship is excellent. We are so grateful to be with Beazer🥳🥳

Overall we are pleased with our Beazer Home. We moved in March 31st and to date we still do not have a working Whirlpool oven. We smelled gas almost immediately when we.moved in. Whirlpool is awaiting a part which apparently is on mega backorder. Why these appliances aren't tested is puzzling. We know of other neighbors with the same problem, Whirlpool microwave problems and Whirlpool dishwasher problems. Most seem to be caused during unskilled labor installations. Half a million dollar plus home and after nearly 2 months I still can't even boil an egg.

Beazer made our home buying experience easy in the current housing frenzy. I did not have the usual stress that most home buyers are going through trying to find homes in Las Vegas. Beazer is awesome!

We had a home built by Beazer Homes and this has been a terrible experience from day one. So many issues to numerous to mention . They use the worst sub contractors and everything used is a very cheap grade but they charge top dollar. We had to have the inside repainted and it’s still not correct. From the first walk through it’s been a disaster, still waiting on problems to be corrected, we had pages of issues. I would not recommend this builder to anyone. A new house should be a great experience but this has been nothing but problem after problem.

Beazer Homes built my condominium in Mercer Crossing & it's wonderful. From the first person I met, Salesperson Duwanda Mills who was knowledgeable, personable & caring to the First American Title Company that facilitated closing ... things went smoothly, no bumps, hesitations or misspeaks. All was out in the open with professionalism, thoroughness & efficiency. The Condo itself is beautiful & sound, built with quality & up to the minute design offerings. Am extremely happy with my choice to go with Beazer Homes. I highly recommend them as Home Builders for all aspects of the buying experience. It was a pleasure.

We are way more than happy with the purchase of our home from Beazer. From the moment we began inquiring about our home, Staci Davenport & everyone involved with Beazer has been absolutely fantastic. Honestly, I'd give more than just a 5 star if I could. We hit a few bumps along the way with the financing & Staci & all of Beazer were there to guide us. Which was very important to us as 1st time homeowners. We still get checked on from time to time, which is very important. They don't just drop you, once they have sold you the home. Thanks to Staci & everyone at Beazer.

I was excited initially having my home built and read reviews of Beazer. Understanding the situation of the pandemic and delays of vendors I totally get it. My home is beautiful with exception of minor things that I know I will have to reinvest and fix somethings myself. My rep Dennis Baker from Beazer is phenomenal and does things to the best of his abilities. However the sale of a gated community was a sham. The vendors that are hired especially for the grounds are horrible. They leave garbage when they are here and don’t clean up after themselves. Especially the people who come and lay the concrete. It’s horrible and if this was in north Georgia Alpharetta Roswell I know this would not happen. I’m so disappointed. My overall fear is that my home and it’s value will not be a good investment and I’m stuck.

We bought a new home in Burson Ranch, Pahrump NV, moved in early December. I am a retired Real Estate Broker with 15 years selling new homes. We cannot say enough praise for the warranty people, especially Loren who had kept us informed to every step of the work. Beazer Homes builds a high quality home at an affordable price in this area. We would consider building with Beazer again if we ever build again.

From start to finish our experience building our home with Beazer at the Ridge (MD) was wonderful! Carson, Christiana, Mike and Oscar and everyone else representing Beazer made our building experience enjoyable. We loved having the opportunity to make so many choices for our home and are thrilled with how it turned out. We absolutely love our new home and were so happy we went with Beazer! Thank you Beazer team for making our first experience with building a home a memorable one!

This is my second Beazer home, so that speaks for itself. The first was great, but this home is truly the best, we love it and the neighborhood.

Two complaints about Beazer Homes, the builder of our new house: 1. First, a general complaint. Instead of presenting a complexly finished house to the buyer, Beazer uses the customer as their quality control agent. The buyer is required to point out all the deficiencies, the Beazer attempts unsuccessfully to resolve them in 7 days. Some problems deal with supply chain issues; some deal with workmanship issues. I believe Beazer ought to strive for the “WOW” factor - a complexly finished home when the pre-settlement inspection occurs. 2. Second, a specific complaint. We paid $45,000 to have the second floor finished into a bedroom, bathroom, and loft. However, the HVAC system is not able to properly cool the second floor. I believe Beazer ought to charge $5,000 additional to make the adjustments necessary to properly synchronized the HVAC/heating systems for the first and second floors.

I did love my house when we moved in. But since we moved in we have nothing but high concerns on the quality of product and workmanship on several items inside our home. I have been through various internal vendors from this company. Some were helpful others I have kicked out due to them trying to falsify repairs That were ordered to be done but they tried to NOT do and get paid for it. I am currently working with BEAZER AND another vendor they have used on my carpet install. I just want to be happy with the purchase and at this moment I am NOT
