I give Cassandra (pretty sure this was her name, I’m bad with names!) 5 stars for her amazing customer service today. She made sure I was taken care of while also welcoming everyone entering the branch and directing them on where to go or helping with their questions. It took a bit but she got it taken care of. Thanks again!

I did not have a good experience at this Delta Credit Community Union. I went to deposit money into my money market account and apparently is was the woman’s first day and she told me the wrong amount going into my account. I had to go back and forth with her, another employee, and the manager about it and I was not very pleased because I felt it was a waste of my time. Granted it was the woman’s first day but I feel there is no room to mess up money count working at a bank and dealing with numbers! Please do better and hand count the money as well before you tell customers wrong numbers/deposits going into their account while going back and forth with them. The Delta Credit Community Union in Chamblee gives a much better experience!

I have recently joined Delta Community Credit Union. My first experience at my local branch was amazing. Candice welcomed me right when I walked in. I highly appreciated being welcomed right away. She even made me feel special by checking on me while I was waiting for a sperate call during the visit. I would have to say it was one of the most extraordinary experiences for my banking needs!
