I can't say enough about this company. My experience was absolutely phenomenal. Due to a different lender's incompetence, my customer was left homeless and was denied approval 24 hours before closing. Rebecca with Equity Prime Mortgage picked up the pieces at 11:00 pm the same day and had the deal closed in 8 days. She saved the day! I would recommend her and her team to everyone. Knowledgeable and was very helpful. He didn't pressure me and worked hard to get me the correct mortgage I was looking for and needed. I wasn't sure at first but he worked hard to satisfy my concerns. He made the process easy and less stressful. He was prompt to return all my calls. Working with Equity Prime was quick and very easy. I worked with Marcelo Batista and Juan Huerta. I was kept informed on the progress of my loan. My emails were answered quickly, I was treated with respect and courtesy. I would recommend Equity Prime to everyone buying a home. The title company, Central Title and my realtor Melinda both were very impressed with Marcelo and Juan. They told me it was very easy to work with them to complete close my loan. At first They were worried about working with an out Texas company, but were then asking me how I found such a wonderfully professional company. They said it was easy to work with them both.

Demetri and his team were amazing! EPM did what literally no other mortgage company could do for me and for that I am forever grateful. The home search process had been hectic, but Demetri did what some would call impossible in 30 days. First let me say this closing was a miracle!!! 4 days before closing the lender, after having this loan for over 5 weeks, they were about to turn down the loan! After we were told everything was fine so we had no red flags until four days before the closing!!!The buyers had actually sold their home and would be homeless shortly let me tell you it was a mess for no reason these buyers were sterling so I transferred the loan to Joe Weiss at equity prime mortgage! The entire package was complete And with total focus Joe was able to close the loan after I got an additional seven day extension so basically he closed it from the time he received the package in eight days! Joe is amazing!

In my six years of selling real estate this has been my worst experience I’ve had with with a lender. The lack of communication and run around was astonishing. Five extensions with things being said were done, when in fact they were not. In this business you need to treat people with respect and have clear communication which I did not receive. The email correspondence was nothing but unprofessional and seemed at times to be at a third-grade level. The lack of punctuation and terrible grammar was unbelievable coming from the VP of the company. I would not recommend this lender to any of my clients.

Awesome customer service. Very professional and thorough. I have 0 complaints. Everyone treated us like we were the most important customers. They made it extremely stressfree and a very easy process. I would reccomend them to everyone I know that is in the market to refinance or purchase. I actually refinanced with them and purchased a new home. I was just sent personalized cookies almost 6 months after we closed which showed us that they still value our buisness.
