If I could give this back a zero I would! Worst customer service ever! The lady DAMARIS has no understanding of banking process and the young boy manager is even WORSE! They screwed up my whole process when I needed to transfer some money to my checking account and did not help me at all!!! The manager literally left me talking by myself just because they were about to close, rude, and ZERO customer service! Please do yourself a favor and don’t use this bank, there are plenty of decent banks out there. JUST DONT GO THERE!

Went there to deposit some money in my daughter's out of state TD bank account. It was so easy, just like depositing into a local account. I had experience with other banks where you need put the extra code. Place was not crowded at all. Great service.

I'm confused here....I decided to use TD Bank as my bank of choice due to the schedule availability, 7 days a week. It gives me flexibility. I arrive at the branch at 1230pm because the bank hours is 1pm, but yet the account representatives aren't available because the security guard claims they close at 1230. Someone explain to because I'm lost, it doesn't make sense (I'm being sarcastic). Update. 10/05 - Just left the branch, I'm lost for words....I just learned Right or Wrong one can not voice their opinion on the service or how things are handled. Consumer's be careful the Rep can Notate your account, anything they want and turn it against you with no proof. It happened to me, supposedly they Closed my account because I supposedly yelled and talked over a Rep....so when I asked the Branch Manager to check the camera and confirm that is the claim. The Branch Manager claims they can not do that. Interesting, how convenient Smh

The customer service at this bank is absolutely horrendous. The tellers are always so rude and never greet you. This is the closest TD Bank to me, which is essentially a 40 minute drive to and from home. These guys need to do better.

DONT BANK HERE!!!! Slow workers. They are always busy and don't keep much staff inside to help sometimes only three people. My purse was stolen so I went to cancel my card but they won't let me without ID. Well I explained I have nothing because it was stolen so she refused to close my account even though I provided my work ID which has my picture, first and last name in it also I provided my account information that they gave me when I first signed up. I hope nobody uses my card because of these jerks refusing my request. I also wanted a new card which I couldn't get printed either so I could get a new ID and replace my stolen items. Honestly can't wait to replace my stuff and leave this bank. Worst service I've ever received from a bank. Do not recommend.

Marked 3 Stars to leave a remark and from what I read I Am Shocked. Have a small lending/funding company and was going to make a substantial deposit to Open a Small Business Account, which now I am rethinking. Will cancel my appointment and review other institutions before opening the account. Best of Luck TD

Sharing my experience at your bank. Every time I go in and try to get help from (Reshma) the experience is always horrible. She gives me a stank attitude and is never helpful with any of my questions, she makes me feel stupid. Her answers are always short and straight "no". She always looks like she's having a bad day then projects that attitude towards me. I come into the bank with respect and kindness, her attitude makes me want to close my account at td bank. Please let her know her attitude goes a long way. Thank you for your time!

If your a business owner and apply for business cc please know they will pull your credit , say you've been approved then 30 days later advised since the banker (Enrique) didn't create an account and I must now be subject to another hard inquiry. no sorry no kind of compensation nothing. special thanks to Maria the Manager for her sour attitude about the situation. please do your self a favor and seek a finial advisor and just get a whole life insurance and borrow from yourself because banks and the service aren't the way. thank me late

Oh my gosh, this place is HORRIBLE. This is my second visit to this location. I do not have an account here, but I can deposit my rent check in till my landlord's business account. Sometimes that's more convenient, so this is what my experience is based on. In all of my life, I have never, ever seen a more slow service drive-thru. If I had an account here, I would close it immediately!

Unlike the other reviews, I think this is one of the best customer service care banks in Central Florida. All of the staff has always gone out of their way to help with whatever I've needed. I have regularly recommended this branch to others & will continue to do so.

Nothing but exceptional service by the branch manager, Edwin. He went above and beyond, following up and following through with his promise to take care of a banking need I had. Will recommend this bank, and this branch in particular, for its great customer service.

Never been let down so far and they have helped me out everytime I've been there. Also open full bank on Sundays which is good for us who have 7 day a week lives. Also the to the comment "NO ATM this place is garbage" comment: The ATM is located on the drive through far right lane.
