She was patient and answered all of my questions with fine details. I feel that I can promote this bank to anyone now. I’m glad I allowed my curiosity to drag me in here. I previously had a negative experience at this location. I was debating even going back to this branch but decided to do so and it was a completely different experience this time around. Michelle, Ashley and Perla took the time to sit with me and get my situation taken care of. Walked in and was not acknowledged. Teller preferred to take a phone call once finished with a customer in person than to at least let me know he'll be with me shortly. Not sure what the exact procedure is, but it's my assumption to deal with a customer in person than to take a phone call. The facility looked nice and presentable but lacks ATM's to just do a quick withdrawal and not deal with my experience.

Keith has to be the most positive enthusiastic person we met at addition financial . He is very driven and knowing we have two kids, he involved the whole family in the whole experience open ending our kids checking and savings account and possible CD. Very knowledgeable and he definitely is the new generation of employees addition financial needs. Don’t loose Keith.

This Addition branch is new and the location is perfect, but what make it so special is the people that work here, we went to drive-thru to deposit money into our savings account and Miranda was so helpful, as we couldn't remember our member # she said just provide her with our ATM and she took care of the rest, very quick efficient and professional a true asset A+ of my new favorite branch.
