TD Bank Chambers St, New York

One of the worst location. It’s 11am and four customers in the line with just one teller!! Been waiting 12 minutes in the line just to do one transaction. Do not come to this location if you unless you are planning to wait for 12-15 minutes!!

My friend banked here and I'm "executor" of his estate. I had to combine his three accounts into a single estate account, but it all didn't add up to much money. I also needed some details from last year's checks. Iit was a long complex process and Jonathan was very friendly, patient and helpful. Excellent experience. If I lived in this neighborhood I'd probably bank here.

I came in needing copies of deposited checks. The Indian female bank associate is an absolute nightmare. Absolutely rudest and most unhelpful person I’ve ever encountered at a TD Bank location. I live in the neighborhood, so I was shocked and appalled that such a vile person is employed there. Thankfully Jonathan came to assist me. He was very patient and polite. He got me everything I needed. Really appreciate it.

Friendly service. Occasionally long lines. Note, location is on corner, not where maps has it in middle of block.

The worst TD branch location. The service is extremely slow, waiting time to be seated with a personal banker is over 40 min, tellers see every customer as a criminal calling bank manager to approve a simple $500 withdrawal.

The hours are superb for a bank. They're open before I go to work, and after.

Helpful staff. Sad the coin counter machine is gone. Crowded at lunchtime.
