I had an appointment on Saturday, and I had to wait about 5 min. Staff was really friendly and I’m satisfied with the service. Special thanks to Belinda:)

They don't call when the appointment is cancelled or when they do not have the right people to address the need for which the appointment has been setup. It happened to me twice. Once the mortgage loan officer had cancelled the appointment on his side but never notified me and other time they did not have a notary available on site and they never notified me. Front desk folks never smile or greet.

Waited 15 minutes with 2 persons in front of me. Make a deposit and teller impolitely demanded phone number and Social security number as if she is conducting criminal interrogation. I showed her my ID. Provide feedback to service desk male reps. They brush off as no issue. No bank has ever asked for phone number and SS# except this one.

the bank manager immediately refuses to solve the problematic issue. a bunch of useless words instead of a solution. dissatisfied with the service and attitude towards the client.

I did international wire transfer fast and very professional, James helped me and he was very professional.

I had a very poor experience when I entered this facility and approached the manager Jawan (whatsoever). He felt his conversation with his co-worker was more important than assisting me. As a leader - he should by example and I can only imagine how other beneath him follow. As a military veteran, customer service should always be warm greetings and met with welcome regardless of a client's occupation, attire, and finance. Moreover I approached him and his co-worker in point blank distance to request assistance only to be forwarded 2 blocks north for a simple Notary that a Bank of America in Prime location Tribeaca NYC could not do. His turnaround time for this fix was 4 WEEKS - which I told him how unsatisfactory that sounds. He said sorry but that made no sense to have only ONE staff associate be able handle such a light request. If you require a notary - please go to you nearest Fex Ex or be told by Jawan !

One of the best branches I’ve been to, the operating manager/customer service desk lady is very nice and knowledgeable, the relationship manager I met with was very kind and went out of her way to help me. It’s the closest brand to my house and I’ll def be back

The only advantage of this branch is location. Customer service and employees competency are unacceptable. Didn’t have a good experience every time I was there.
