5 stars are the least I can give Christine and Joseph. Their coordination and service were spotless. I had worked with other lenders before but Christine was truly one of a kind. Not only did she patiently addressed all my concerns about the refinance but also provided alternatives to help me get the best deal. Joseph also did a great job at coordinating for the closing on my time and on time. I had been thru the purchase and refinance process in the past but never as fast as this time. It started out as a bunch of lenders calling trying to land me as a customer and me hanging up. Then Daniel called. He sounded very friendly and he had that tell tale New York accent. I am born and raised on Long Island but have been taken away from my home by the Air Force. As we continued to talk I felt more and more at ease at refinancing my mortgage. Plus I have never had a VA mortgage and I consider that one of the best benefit I earned form being in the Military. Dealing with professionals is truly a great experience. I'm usually not so optimistic when hearing a radio ad, especially when dealing with something so complicated as a mortgage. But these guys were on top of things from beginning to end. He navigated my refinancing process to the finishing line smoothly with no complications while I was expecting to run into a lot of troubles.
