Marcus by Goldman Sachs has one of the highest yield offers in the banking industry, but they do not issue atm cards that will allow a customer to instantly deposit cash on-the-go. Interest begins to compound immediately after initiating a transfer within the app. The Roth and Invest accounts are average performers.

The office building is in battery park city, the location is very beautiful and there is a movie theater next door as well as a shopping center with food court. Moreover, you are right there near the park. The office itself has nice amenities, with a gym, medical clinic, and cafeteria for its employees, it seems like a nice place to work.

Require shots from your employees, and lose customers. If this company can't respect its employees it will not respect it's customer's. People's medical decisions are not for employer's to decide.

My personal experience with this bank has been horrible; I had two personal loans with them over the past two years, and the customer service is seriously lacking. I have had to file several complaints, and I even had trouble getting assistance to get my loans paid off as they try their best to keep you in debt as long as you can paying the interest. While I had a good interest rate, that is clearly a way to lure you in. I am thankful to be rid of them, and personally do not recommend if you can do business with another bank.

Never been in the building but it was built in 2008, so I assume it's got all the usual bells and whistles of class A office space. Lots of shopping, restaurants, nearby and very close to lovely parks along Hudson River.
