Amazing service! Gave me better rates on all of my stuff than the other 8 places I called. Employees were be seen cleaning the whole time I was there and really took care of me. Cannot say thank you enough.

The manager Gloria had a VERY bad attitude. She reeks of negative energy. Word of advice if you hate your job that much. Quit!!!! Don’t ruin other peoples day with your bad attitude and negative energy. I’d like to think she was having a bad day but nah her energy itself is NEGATIVE. I almost let her ruin my day as well but misery loves company so I dusted it off. This store has 51 reviews and 2 stars if that doesn’t tell the owner something idk what will.

I bought a Nintendo switch bundle for 350 said it included dock and everything no dock came with unit the gentleman that sold it to me seems new as he had to call for help every 5 min and the pur have took forever when I got it home ready to set up I found out it was missing called them up to there credit they were willing to exchange it but I'd have to give the bundle items back and I would ha e to repay for warranty so for 368 I got a warranty a game 2 controllers and a switch and case in order to exchange it according to vennassa ID recieve a refund of 12 dollars and pay 356 worst experience ever but they get paid commission so one should expect to get ripped off no customer service at all vennesa could care less even though purchase was made with in 10 minutes they don't stand behind there warrentyblike they make you think your better off with out it best if you don't shop there I won't be returning

Not a great shop at all. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon when there were relatively slow. But by the way they completely ignored me, you’d think they were really busy. The two employees behind the counter seemed really busy discussing what they did over the weekend. No one was rude to me or anything. But even a simple hello would’ve been appreciated.

Bad customer service. "Lost" my laptop I recently pawned. I went over to get it out paid for it and everything. Employee goes in the back to grab it. So I'm left standing there for 20 minutes. She finally comes out and notifies me they recently organized the stuff in the back and that she couldn't find it. So another employees goes back to help her. Another 20 minutes goes by then they finally come back out and suggests I come back in a couple of days so they could have time to look for it. They refunded my money and tells me I would only have to pay what I loaned it for. After 4 days of calling them over and over they tell me they can't find it and that they can only replace it with another laptop of the same value as the loan. Obviously my laptop was worth more then the loan I got it for so I was pretty much ripped off. Unsatisfied customer

I called to ask them about some prices on their PS4s and other game consoles and they were very rude to me. The first guy I called put me on hold and never answered back and the second time I called a woman answered and she was rude. It's amazing how people can't do something so simple just checking the price of something and not acting annoyed about it.

Bad costumer service!!! they don’t knew how can they deal with costumer . One of the employee had bad attitude when I asked him to give me total amount of the tickets To take out my items so he refused to do so while other employee was more professional did it for me not recommend Businesss

Never will I go back to this pownshop again rude coworkers with no respect what so ever they try to make u look dumb with ur items that u know how much it really Worth's please people don't go here try pown 1st they are the best trust me top dollar paid for anything u do take in there many times I took my business in there and got less then anyone would of paid me but I did not have a ride got to let go of my stuff for almost free because how rude they are knowing we are the one bringing work for them to work and get a pay check but I guess they don't see that. That is one way to lose ur customer for good great job treating people with out respect only at this location have I seen them being rude all the time

If I could give negative stars I would by a million. The people at this location is very rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional and act like they are better then you. I would not recommend anyone to go there even if they where my last resorts. I take a lot for me to leave a review.
