Purchased a vehicle on 03/18. Emailed them all the needed documents. The process was quicker than a regular dealership. A small hiccup getting the temporary tags but they went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. They could tell we were anxious to leave so they offered to deliver the car to us once the tags were settled with. Had the car delivered to us in a very timely matter and even took care of the fees. Everyone was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly service, the entire process was smooth and stress free. Maria knew what car I would like before I could even tell her. Very sweet staff. I felt at home with them and I could tell they were being honest. Would highly recommend 5/5!!

At first i highly recommended this place but after dealing with them after the point of sale i would not take anyone here or even mention them to my friends anymore because they don't take responsibility for any issues experienced with the vehicle after it has been removed from the lot by the buyer. The only thing this dealership is good for is getting insurance and purchasing a car if you're credit is low and you don't mind placing down a large deposit on a high mileage ride that may or may not continue operating at peak performance for a long period of time after the deal is done. My advice to you as the reader of this review would be to stay away from this place and only use it as a last ditch resort effort to get a car after you've already exhausted your other options.

This was an amazing place to get my first car. María is such a kind and patient person. I'm just 16 years old and I love the way she gave me advice for me to stay safe out in the streets while I'm driving. And I will listen to all of her advice. I totally recommend this place. Me and my husband came here last year in need of a 4x4 truck when we were informed by his job about him leaving to out of town working in the snow for a few months. We were helped with much generosity in meeting our needs. Their curtesy made me trust to come back again for a second vehicle. Since we have been building a great reputation with our first vehicle buying our second went much more smoothly and at a GREAT deal! These are reliable and well maintained vehicles. They are not honest when selling a car and they have hidden fees. If you don't pay in cash, you pay a fees for every 100 hundred dollars. Be careful.

I would not recommend my worst enemy to go here to buy a vehicle, I purchased a truck from Cash and Credit auto sales on 2/21/2022 (Monday) immediately off of the lot the truck began to show a “ low oil pressure warning “ - I called the following morning (Tuesday) an spoke with Jose about such, he claimed his earliest opening was the upcoming Friday!!! (They where fast to take my 3k deposit// slow to attempt to fix a vehicle they just sold me. I returned the vehicle to them for service, they claimed it to be a wrong oil filter installed by their mechanic, they also claimed it was fixed- I went to pick it up the same Friday, (problem persisted) - only now, it is worse- an all performance in the vehicle is gone. I called the dealership again, Jose apologized an asked for me to bring it back in. That following Monday I attempted to bring the truck in, however the “ low oil pressure “ warning was present an would not go away, this is when I made the decision to have the vehicle serviced correctly. An had the vehicle towed to Chandler Ford, (being a ford truck) Thru all this headache (not to mention I live in casa grande area/ 1hr drive to their dealership- this being my only vehicle) I stayed in good spirits having put out my last as a deposit for this vehicle. I spoke with Jose about all that has happened, he made me aware that Cash and Credit an Credit Auto Sales, does not warrant outside mechanics working on their vehicles and would not cover reimbursement for such. Jose implied that once again I should let them fix the problem the vehicle is experiencing (this is after they claimed it was the oil filter/ then the mechanic filled the oil level in the engine past the recommended high oil level mark to try to compensate for the “ low oil pressure “ warning being thrown/ also their mechanic is not certified to perform these task) My warning to customers, go else where- ask about the vehicle prior to purchase, shop with GOOD an HONEST people that aren’t just out for commission like Jose and staff. I would have thought they would take better care of my reimbursement, or even anything pertaining to this matter. I have not heard from Jose since our discussion, I’ve attached total job cost of repairs in which I paid out of pocket, in addition to 3k deposit on a vehicle purchased from Cash and Credit Auto Sales. (In closing, once ford had the vehicle- a “ abs “ warning light also came out, they found out that in addition to a faulty electrical sensor for the low oil pressure sensor, that one of the vehicles wheel bearings/ Hubs badly needed to be replaced) making this vehicle unfit/ unsafe ti be sold/ driven.

It's hard enough right now buying car in this economy when you know you're going to spend more than what the car is worth. I've been looking for cars for many months I have been to this dealership once before but did not pull the trigger. I like that they let you look at the cards and don't come running up to you. Clean cars just lots of miles. Upon returning I had done some research and to find out that the slot has a 4.9 rating kind of blew my mind. The girls are very nice I realized that paying cash was the way to go and save a lot of money that way. When you pay cash you cannot get a warranty all of the warranties are very expensive as it is. They have given me a 15-day return if any major issues. Upon taking my vehicle to a mechanic there is absolutely zero issues once again I was shocked. At this point I cannot knock your 4.9 rating and look forward to doing business again. Thanks Ross.
