They’re the best and I wish my husband and I had heard of them sooner so we could’ve started using them sooner. Excellent customer service. If we had questions about our auto loan at the time, they were knowledgeable and patient- and significantly easy to work with and that’s so hard to find. I can’t say enough good things and highly recommend!

My daughter and I became new members of this bank. We made a 900 dollar deposit. The ATMs took our money, slid us a piece of paper verifying we deposited money but the paper reads “we were unable to deposit some or all of your money” obviously an atm issue. . it’s been 6 days and all they keep saying is absolutely nothing. Return our money. Second dispute confirmation number 2203050083C. Now they say their atms are serviced through a third party. Very disturbing knowing your money isn’t safe. Go elsewhere!

I have been a member of one Credit Union or another for as long as I can remember. I thought they were all a dime a dozen. On recommendation for vehicle financing I visited Mountain America Credit Union and was pleased from their diverse staff to the cool music playing in the background. My loan officer Smita was welcoming, friendly and all about business. Within the hour I had vehicle financing and she assisted with setting up a youth account for my son. My overall experience was great and look forward to future transactions with Mountain America.

I drove quite a distance to the Glendale location for an appointment because the closer location was apparently understaffed and couldn't fit me in. I worked with Hans who was so helpful, forward thinking and patient. I went in to accomplish one goal and we accomplished 4! He was a step ahead of me, anticipating my needs, offering smart suggestions for both my personal and business accounts. I truly appreciated his commitment to service! Good for you Mountain America.

Big shout out for the easy loan process that Smita Thompson did for me at the Mountain America branch on 59th Ave. and northern. What a great experience and such an easy and quick process. I was in, out and approved in less than 30 minutes. Thanks again for getting it done. Ok so I went back to the bank that did such an awesome job for me with my truck loan on 4/20/21 to see if there was anything they could do with my Harley Davidson loan I have. I went in and spoke with the bank manager Leo and my favorite loan officer Smita and low and behold they drop my interest rate and shaved six months worth of payments off of my bike. You guys are amazing because of you my credit is what it is today and believe me when I first walked into that bank I couldn’t get a loan for stick a bubble gum. Mountain America bank is a class act all the way from the manager Leo all the way down to the tellers. Keep up the good work team.

This branch was just built a down the road from me. I decided to walk in one day and I'm so happy I did. I had the pleasure of working with Ricardo on a new auto loan for myself and my wife. I enjoyed my visit so much that I've chosen to move my accounts and assets from Wells Fargo to Mountain America. He made us feel confident in the branch and the level of service we should expect moving forward. Thank you Ricardo!

Tellers are very smart and helpful they take the time to learn regular customers names. This bank never gives me hidden fees and made it extremely easy to start my business and personal account just savings

for the second time, i was approved for an auto loan in less than a year and in addition to that, i was approved for my first credit card yesterday. the over all costumer service is wonderful and the loan application processing is super fast. they try to deliver an exceptional service to all customers and support their community as much as they can. Daniel Uribe helped me both times and he is the guy i don't question his service. very professional, kind, and helpful.

Diana was amazing to work with. She was able to safe me about 6000 bucks with my refinance. And she about doubled my credit limit. i plan on sticking with Mountain America if this is the treatment I can look forward to. great job.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I can’t even believe I have to sit here writing about MACU. Waited about 20 minutes in line because everyone kept going to the back, then another 25 minutes waiting for a card to print and everyone kept going to the back anyways so why didn’t they just bring my card to me. Beyond disappointed by this bank.

Really nice people! My 2 stars is for their policy of charging 3% to business accounts on their coin deposits. As a brand new customer of less than a week I closed my accounts because of their policy. You never got a chance to get my other potential business that bank of America has had for the past 30 years. Bank of America doesn't charge for business coin deposits. Takes about 7 days to hit your account, but who cares, its free. If I deposit $1,000 at Mountain America it would cost $30. Sorry guys, but you are all very nice, i will give you that. Let me know if you change your mind, I doubt you will because it is a hassle for the employees to change out the coin bags, I get it.

Best credit union. Branches in more than one State. Only suggestion also join be a part of the Allpoint atm network Also. Will be a member for life because of the Moneypass atm network. Both Allpoint and Moneypass top atm networks. Allpoint in drug stores and some grocery stores. Very best credit union in this State . Mountain america has Signature credit card from Visa. Signature is the better credit card from Visa. Moneypass, Visa Signature ,Branches in more than one State. With the Allpoint atm network Mountain America would have everything. No better credit union in this State. Love Mountain america. I am a member of another big credit union. Mountain america has the Moneypass atm network. Mountain america I like better because of this. Mountain america second to none.

Unreal. Went in to finalize an auto loan and spent 2 hours dealing with someone who wasn’t trained. I say finalize because nearly all paperwork was completed before we got to the location. We could have driven back to our main location in Gilbert, handled the paperwork, made it back to the dealer and driven the new vehicle home within this timeframe. Yes apologies were offered, but no water or the courtesy of asking if we had time. I get it, you have to start somewhere but this should have taken 30 mins max! I know from personal experience. We’ll stick with our location in Gilbert hands down from now on.

I am pleased to say Mountain America Credit Union has shown love and humanity for all it's members. I have never felt discriminated or received emotional scarring just because of my color. My young teenage grandchildren have never been treated unfairly. This is rare especially since this is common for us from so many other establishments. I have referred all my family and I know they legitimately care. They go above and beyond. Thank you Jesus.
