Ive never had any problems with bhfc, they are all nice,they do work with you on your payments,and excellent customer service. if you talk to them and be nice instead of yelling or being rude to them I'm sure they would help anyone...keep up the good work customer service!!!!

My car was paid off completely and a check was mailed to them. They took another payment of almost $400 out of my account and “mailed” an over payment check out that I NEVER received and I’ve called MULTIPLE times to let them know I never received my money back and still nothing….this place is trash. Customer service is trash and I want my money back.

I recently was financed with this company and it seems all I’ve gotten was a run around and lecture. Before I left my review on here about this company they repoed my car and said I have 10 days to retrieve it. Well I gave all the information that was needed regarding proof of full coverage insurance which I wasted almost $500 to get plus I went through a lot to get the insurance covered plus to get the money to get my car out. So they agreed to do so until they saw my review regarding my car issues I had and them not willing to work with me during covid. They refused to give me my car after I reached my requirements that was needed. They even forced me to send documents of my maintenance I had done on the car to see if I was lying and wouldn’t even give me my money back on the maintenance. I fixed a car up for THEM to resell. I spoke to Dodge dealership and was told this is a shady business and they as willing to help me. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this finance. They didn’t have a legit reason to hold my car after I gave everything needed just to keep it as a repo on my name. If I could give 0 starts to this I would. I don’t think they appreciated the fact that I pointed out the obvious and decided to let me go because they can’t take criticism too well! This company customer service is all bad. They are rude and try to talk down to people or make them feel less of a person. During the whole pandemic they have done nothing but be money hungry. I’ve never had no statements for how much I have paid on this car so far to have it a year and not know what I have paid towards this so far. If you want a car do not finance with them. I’d recommend going to an actual dealership and spend more there. Dodge knew they was so shady they even told me to get my own attorney regarding this even the better business bureau told me to take actions because they seemed shady. Moral of the story I will be getting an attorney because it is illegal to hold my car because you guys don’t want to deal with criticism or try to solve the issue. They refused to take my payment and insurance since I wrote a review lol but that is ok. They even put this on my credit as a repo as if I didn’t try to correct it. That’s how finance work, they sell u a bad car or whatever make u fix all the issues say ur behind etc then take it but all the payments went towards interest fees.

July 2020: Took my car during the pandemic. Not willing to work with you. Do not use this lender. Feb 2021: So just got a letter saying that they sold a 2014 dodge dart for $2,500. How are you going to sell the car for that much but refuse my $3,000 after they repoed it. They told me I had to pay the car off ($7,000) in order for me to keep it even though I was only behind on 3 months. $3,000 was more than enough get pay my late balance. They also didn't even tell me where my car was located if i wanted to get it out.This is an extremely shady company. I do plan on fighting this. Be aware.

First off, I would not recommend anyone to do business with BHFC. I was financing an 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I was current on my payments. My vehicle was stolen and BHFC recovered it without contacting police. They was giving me fake names and the run around to speak to somebody with authority. Jesus & Carlos told me the bank wanted a full pay off because I had no insurance but I was transferring insurance. I have insurance now. They told me I cannot speak with James Weiers because he doesn't want to do business with me. The police told me it seems like my car was repo in june but I got my car in September 28,2020. Jesus in recovery told me I cannot relocate with my car i must stay in las vegas. I cannot move to another state. They don't update there information on the vehicle and they are extremely unprofessional. I have James on recording saying he would help me and his staff at bhfc told I cannot get my car. They did not release my car after im current on payments and have proof of full insurance.

Sure quick to call the day your payment is due. I paid my vehicle off 12/7/2018 was told I’d have my title in 90 days. It’s now February 2021 and I just got it! Never again will I do business with this company.

I just spoke with this woman named Lisa her extension is 101 she was extremely disrespectful she kept over talking me and I was just trying to understand what exactly was going on because they had clearly been a misunderstanding. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me no then I hung up I called back she answered the phone and she told me that she wasn’t going to let me speak to anybody else. I asked her for corporate number and she refused to give me corporate’s number and said that they don’t have a corporate she’s the boss and she’s the only person I can speak to which we all know that is a lie because there’s always somebody over someone else. So I’m going to search until I find out who her bosses and I’m definitely going to complain about how unprofessional she is!

Do not finance your vehicle with this company. The biggest scam - shade tree business in the valley. I rather not go into detail but the previous bad ratings, are very accurate! Do not do it! This is a warning! Terrible.

SO I always made my payments 3 weeks before it was due I was never late. While I was away with the army my payment automatically came out my check they took my car after they took my money and now they filed a collection claim after they took my car. I've tried calling them just got hung up on. don't go here.

They had a car listed for sale on Facebook marketplace that I was interested in. Jared responded right away and I went to test drive the car the same day. It's a cute little 2007 MB C230 with just under 170k miles and it needs a bit of work but still runs rather nicely. Jared was up front about the fact that it was recently repossessed and wasnt reclaimed by the previous owner. He was also up front and transparent about the condition of the car. Because of the repairs needed, he was willing to come down in price which was perfect. He even gave me a ride to the bank to get the cash. When I tried to register the car, it turned out it needed emissions testing. Jared was kind enough to cover the cost since it was not something either one of us thought about during the car buying process. His kindness and amazing customer service was so great that if anyone asks if I know where they can get a great deal on financing a car, I will send them his way for sure! Thanks again Jared!

I’m very surprised they let have a loan I had really bad credit and I ended up getting a really nice car. After I paid it off they sent me the title about a month after. There was also always someone nice there to help me over the phone

I got my car towed they had the car back the same day..communication is what’s best

We had a rocky start. I have to say with communication, this company will work with you. They really want you to be successful with the repayment of the loan so they work very well with you. I definitely would refer them and use them again. Loan Paid off. Thanks BHFC

Very good company. Bought a car and if you are always on time and communicate with them they are willing to work with you. I find it funny on all these reviews, I’m sure they don’t repo your car for 1 day late, I once lost my job and since I was always current they said it was ok and I could pay them on the next month. They are alway nice and willing to work with you. If they repo you is because you probably didn’t talk to them and most likely were lAte!

I'm reading these bad reviews I have never had a problem with them..I caught Covid and they have been working with me with no problem..

I’ve been with BHFC since January of 2019. I have been on time with every single car payment since then until April of 2020. During April, I needed to defer a payment due to the pandemic and losing my job. I appreciate the fact that the company gives an extra 10 days after your due date to get your payment handled without a late fee. It just sucks that they’re not working with customers or even allowing one more deferment during this pandemic knowing people are jobless and even homeless.

I have had my car 4 yrs in June. Which is when it supposed to be paidoff. They are still taking half my payment and applying it to interest. Majority of my payments are supposed to be going towards principal. I ask for a payoff and my balance showed $8500. I'm contacting my attorney. They are wrong on so many levels. Dont do business with this company you will regret it.

My boyfriend and I financed a car through this company. It has been nothing but a great experience. I called in today to speak with Bob for an early pay off and he was such a delight. There really are still good people out here to help you out. We didn't have the best of credit to start, but this company gave us a chance anyway. I highly recommend. For those of you just reading the poor comments, remember that if you pay your debts, there is nothing to complain about!

Would Definitely recommend this company. Specifically Jared!! He's absolutely honest and has talked me thru everything. I'll be getting my second car with him cash price. Fair price for a great car. And he always let me know of past issues and has collaborated with his mechanic to fix any issues prior to selling any vehicle.
