Searching for my new car has been a struggle for me. But all my worries were gone when I came to Rocky’s Auto Dealerships. Nolan and Paul were such a big help, they were patient with me in finding a car. There customer service is beyond great. I refer anyone who’s a first time buyer looking a car to reach out Rocky’s auto and ask for Nolan. He know what he’s doing and he’ll make sure your comfortable with what you got.

Paul and Nolan they was real good both of them did a good job up here I had bought previous cars from them and they have their great great job and working with you polite kind curses and they take the time and explain things to you Paul and Norman they are real good workers employees they do good work

WARNING!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE, DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE, & WHATEVER YOU DO…DO NOT SIGN INTO ANY AGREEMENT/CONTRACT HERE!!! THERE IS A 3-DAY LAW FOR RETURNING A VEHICLE AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED IT….IF JUST BOUGHT YOUR CAR FROM HERE…TAKE IT BACK NOW BEFORE YOU CAN’T BECAUSE YOUR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ABOUT TO COME ON! Rocky’s Auto is an exemplary model of a stereotypical used car dealership & employs bottom-of-the-bucket used car dealers who deliberately take advantage of people in hard situations, sign them into usurious loans, lie about the history of the car, & refuse to observe manufacturer warranties. The service dept is told to fix the very minimum as cheap as possible. They use junkyard parts to replace malfunctioning parts & tell you they are new. They will lie & tell you there is a clean carfax or no carfax. They will tell you your vehicle has a clean title & has never been in a wreck when it actually was salvaged. They will not return your call or discuss a trade-in after they sell you a lemon. Just ask to see their return lot for the people who were lucky enough to return their vehicle when they still could. Finally…this place does not support veterans and takes advantage of everyone without discrimination. You’re a sucker as soon as you walk on the lot!

I purchased my car from these people a month and a half ago but recently I been having problems with this car it’s been shutting off on me while I’m driving almost got into a car accident from my car stopping as I’m driving it and once I bring the issue up they said since I haven’t had problems with it in the 15days of me buying it then I would need to pay a $290 deductible which I don’t think it’s fair due to the fact that I only had this car for a month cars don’t usually start having problems with them until maybe three months of having it DO MOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR YOUR CAR TO GET FIXED RIGHT AFTER YOU GET IT
