Alhambra Credit Union N 35th Ave A, Phoenix

I have been here several times to make my car payment. My loan is originally through Hughes but Alhambra is a sister credit Union so you're able to make your payment here. Each time that I have been the office is clean & there is hand sanitizer everywhere. The staff and tellers are very nice and friendly. I've even gone in there with my young one and received a banking for kids book for him. Pretty neat place. 🙂

Alhambra Credit Union is very User-Friendly, easy to use on their online payments, They have a wonderful staff, are extremely helpful and willing to work with you over the phone or in person, even online. Great Service! I would recommend this credit union over any others to anyone for finance help. 10/10 !

Alhambra credit union is amazing pretty much my whole family has had or currently has a loan here. They are so easy going and every process is super smooth! Very respectful and always has your best interest at heart! Recently worked with their loan officer Ronnie and she is absolutely wonderful, just today I took my mom in to work with her today and she treated her excellent and assured that she would meet her needs and she most definitely did, go in and ask for Ronnie! I financed the second car with Alhambra and i just LOVE them! They really go above and beyond to help the customers. My loan officer was Ronnie and she was just AMAZING! I would recommend her to anyone! Shes quick, efficient, and really put the best interest in for her clients. I don't know where to start when it comes to Michelle Salinas at Alhambra Credit Union. I called her almost a year ago and explained my situation of my car being totaled from a car accident and that I needed another car. I had just closed on my home and was had just rebuilt my credit. Michelle gave me a chance and I am forever grateful for her and the credit union. She cares about helping people and there are so many banks today that only look at a person's credit score. I moved my entire relationship from Desert Financial to Alhambra and I refer everyone I know to Michelle:) She's a gem and brings so much value in helping members. Doing my financial business at the ACU is the most wonderful experience ever. The Phoenix office is so warm and welcoming. I never feel like a number, but a real and important member of the ACU. They know my name and I am always greeted personally. I just love being part of this family feeling financial institution. I will never use a "bank" again!!! My most favorite person there is Erma Frank. She is always so helpful and understanding of my needs...and she LOVES my dogs!!!!!! I have been using the ACU for over 30 years!!!!!

5 star rate as you get beyond 5 star service at the West Valley office. They take care of my family and I with a smile and treat us like family. My daughter bought her 1st car and they financed her making the process simple, understandable, and convenient for her to make her car payments. West Valley Alhambra Credit Union Staff is simply 500 stars AMAZING! Office Manager Sonia simply amazing. Briana Loan officer is so kind, helpful and walks you through every loan. Teller ladies are AWESOME, Efficient, helpful and provide great service. I have been a customer for 20 years and wouldn't change a thing! 3 cars purchased with them, and each one financed through them! They are just that wonderful!
