I have never been so dissatisfied. When you need a one-on-one banker you wait forever and then on top of it you can't even get silly little things accomplished with the one-on-one banker like I let her stating how much deposits you get a year. The guy is super lazy. And the ladies act like they are better then you. I'm very disappointed with service I've gotten just for asking for a letter about my account.

This credit union goes above and beyond their job descriptions to help people with their accounts. My Mom has recently passed, and myself and Dad have been in many many many times and I have yet to come across a day or experience that hasn't been pleasant.

I went in to the Black Canyon branch as soon as they opened. I let them know I was dealing with the death of a family member, and needed to settle the account. I was sent over to Aylin Fuentes, I was amazed at the level of customer service I received as I went in there with no clue on what to do. Aylin thank you for working hard, making calls, helping me fill out the proper paperwork, including notarizing and helping me secure the funds and settle the accounts. A+ service 🥳

The location is not ideal to get to. Was in and out in 5 minutes, I came around 1:45 PM. Staff was very attentive. The location was very clean.

I have been banking with Desert Financial for 5+ years now. I can honestly say I am very happy with their service. I recently applied for a loan and Melissa was very helpful and continues to assist me with all the questions and concerns I have.

It took a while for us to be seen by a banker, but the service was excellent and he went out of his way to make sure that all of our banking needs were met. I highly recommend this bank as well as their mobile app.

I have been a member of Desert Financial for over 20 years. I have kept my mad money account there and have gotten a couple of car loans. I have always had good experiences with them. However, something recently happened which really showed me just how great they are! I was ripped off. Someone who I trusted and thought was my friend stole my debit card and ran up over $1,000, taking money directly out of my account and in overcharges. I called Desert Financial and told them to cancel my card, and then I called the police and reported the crime. Then, I had to fill out a number of forms explaining exactly how the robbery had happened. Through all of this Melissa and Rebecca we're by my side, encouraging me and helping me to work on getting my money refunded from the bank, helping me with the forms, the police report, and giving me advice as to what to do and in what order. The corporate office said no refund, because they felt that since I had allowed this person into my house and he had seen where I kept my cards it was contributory negligence on my part. They couldn't recover the money from Visa since all of the transactions were ATM withdrawals, not purchases. But Melissa and Rebecca kept working on it after I had just about completely given up and they eventually convinced the powers that be that I had been a loyal member for over 20 years and I had done a fair amount of business with them. My money was refunded! This was, to me, nothing short of a miracle since I am a physically challenged Senior living on a fixed income. They basically saved my life! I feel that the service I received was absolutely wonderful, personal, and above and beyond the norm that could be expected. I will continue to bank at Desert Financial for the rest of my life, or at least as long as people of the quality and caring of Melissa and Rebecca work there. Thank you so much!

The atm sucks! It took my money and my card and now I've been on the phone trying to get ahold of someone for almost an hour and a half !!! What a joke!!!!

My wife and I have been members of Desert Financial for many years. We have always found the credit union to be very helpful in all aspects of our financial affairs. The staff is always polite and seem to go out of their way to help us. Recently, when we were scammed, we received great and courteous help from Jonathan Valdez.
