    awful bank!!! I got an account for my PPP loan and I've gotten charge so many fees for their miss communication. On top of their fees, their customer service blames their own customers for their mistakes and pour online experience If there is a check returned to the account, please post the note to the account before giving back the funds to the customer. As a customer, if I see funds in my account it means I have funds. I don't know if your system is still working through a batch process to add notes to my account

    The customer service is very slow at this bank. There’s no drive through either. It Does not make any sense to have to wait so long rather it’s 2 people or 10 the wait time is too long.My online account is always fluctuating and when this happens I can’t use my card. And the workers here don’t know how to do there jobs. Don’t bank at this bank!

    I've been with this bank for 3 yrs and had bad experience .I got a credit builder credit card on January 1st 2021 and used 30% I then went to make first payment on February 1st and the teller charges me 39 dollars for the yearly fee! Ok instead of charging me the usage fee she states it's fine that payment covers it. SO at this point I return March 1st and the teller says you used 100% omg!! My credit dropped 54 points .So I pay 300 again and it's just awful. Now I have two closed accounts on my credit??This is not fair you definitely need better tellers

    The lady with the dark hair and wears glasses runs people off with her terrible attitude. When I opened my account I thought maybe she was having a bad day. Turns out she just has a bad attitude. Then when a customer asks a question the reps communicate in Spanish which is extremely rude.

    Left money order with AZ ID and debit card and money orders infilled out at teller asked attendant to cancel transaction and look and camera’s no assistance came back another day then another same attitude just cried a total of 1150.00 down the drain the worst part is not even yet I have been with this bank for like 10 years and the lady has nerve red bro say oh man she’s coming for a money order make sure she signs it. I didn’t react or respond to her comment I just went home and cried. Grateful I don’t do what I used to cause I could been in jail right now for the way she was not assisting

    I have been a member for 2 yrs every time I have went to the branch in Wal-Mart on Bethany home road the service has been top notch. Until today the cashier Teresa has the worst customer service and I mean the worst. She talks under her breath like your making her sick. Totally ridiculous I will not be returning and will be withdrawing my funds and going to another bank including my business account.
