    What is going on with Bank of America. I am at the branch I started with many years ago and there are so many people waiting in line 9 but six sitting in the sofas waiting. Two tellers and seriously customers being rude to the tellers and inpatient. Does having to wait for long periods of time make people crazy? If so time to get more help at the window's. I have been reading so many of the banks reviews and they do not read like well. Seems like everyone and the responses back from the bank are the same. Customers not happy and the bank giving the same apology to everyone. Time for a change.

    What bank during the busiest hours have only one bank teller! The line was nearly out the door. If you can't keep employees to run the business then why keep this location open!

    There is no reason why that walk-up ATM wouldn’t be 24/7. Wasted a whole trip over here. Like, yeah— it’s a Sunday. But it’s just an ATM sitting there with no teller needed!

    Huge line every time I am here. Currently 3 employees standing around talking while the line is out the door and down the sidewalk 5 feet and two tellers are going crazy. Not sure who runs this branch- but they shouldn't be.

    This bank is terrible. There is always a long line no matter what time of day you go and only one teller working. Tell me how that makes sense. Expect a long wait time no matter what you are going in for. I usually avoid going to this location but sometimes I have to because it is the closest. Today was the last straw and I won't be coming back I'd rather drive to another location. It's frustrating and judging by other peoples' comments, it doesn't seem like they care or are trying to solve these issues.

    Why is it that every reply by bank of america is the same. Asking the complaintent to go to different site for help. Guess what? They are coming here for help. BOA can make contact, they know who's complaining and what will boa do about it anyway Nothing will ever be done

    Went in recently to make a quick transaction. In the meantime that I waited in line I asked a Personal Banker by the name of Melanie if I could change my PIN number. She said I could then proceeded to ask why. She then replied she would see if another banker could help me out. Why would she respond in that manner especially when there was only one person waiting for her, and I’d be the next to speak to the next available PB?.... Richard assisted me and made it very simple and fast. He made the experience a bit better and made sure that My new PIN number worked. Thank You Again Richard for taking care of my small situation. Kudos 😌 hire more tellers, y’all are letting people cut in line, yet make the rest of the people wait outside. The way you handle Business will definitely hurt your branch. Just hire more tellers, or accommodate better for your clients!

    Does this location have managers!? I went a couple days ago to get a temporary debit card and waited over an hour! I left and returned today and saw that they were still short staffed. I came up to the teller after a 30 minute wait and informed that I needed a temporary debit card. The guy declines to assist me and states that he is helping "well worth customers"! I requested to speak to a manager and they declined to allow me to speak to one. This is the most unprofessional place and gives Bank of America a bad name. I will never be coming here again and am seriously thinking about just closing down my account!

    I hate going into this branch because the usually only have one person at the teller windows and that person keeps everybody waiting because they talk and talk and talk, while customers wait in line. They have 4 windows available, but only have a single motor mouth usually at just one. 5 employees in the bank, with 3 doing absolutely NOTHING as the line waiting for service just grows and grows. When you demand that another window be used, you're given the excuse that they're not trained or authorized to be a teller. Which begs the question WHAT are you there for? When you see employees just standing around, doing nothing, while numerous people are in a line waiting to be helped, it's infuriating and frustrating! This situation needs to be addressed and remedied! It's a constant issue and seems to never change. As a business account holder, they don't even have a merchant services window, which is odd. Bank of America needs to fix this problem!
