Buying a house can be an extremely stressful process. Selling and buying and figuring out what you could/should afford and how to get all those pieces to fit together is even more stressful and complicated. We had started a mortgage application with our bank and had a horrible experience. We were referred to Jeremy by our realtor. Jeremy and his team, Tyler and Sharon, promptly answered all our questions, fully explained the lending process, and set realistic expectations. The Pinnacle website was user friendly and allowed us to easily upload documents. Jeremy’s team reviewed the documents prior to sending to underwriting to ensure our file contained all required documents need for underwriting the loan. Jeremy had told us from the beginning that the process would be smooth and they would not ask for documents for the sake of obtaining documents (as the bank did). Although Jeremy set these expectations at the beginning of the process that underwriting would be a smooth process; we were hesitant based on our experience with the bank. Our file went into underwriting and came back in ONE DAY! This was a shock to us as our previous application with the bank was in underwriting for over 3 weeks! Jeremy truly delivered a smooth process! We were hoping to close early, if possible. Sharon called me to schedule the date for signing and when she told me the date we could close, I almost dropped the phone. Jeremy and his team completely blew us away when we were able to close 2 weeks early- only 3 weeks from the date of our signed contract! They worked with our realtor, title company, and insurance company to ensure everything went smoothly for an early close. The little details were not overlooked. For example, I emailed our insurance company to update them regarding our new close date. My insurance company said that Tyler had already contacted them and Pinnacle had everything they needed for the new close date. Jeremy’s team was very proactive and they coordinated with other parties to streamline the process. We have awarded 5 stars for Jeremy and his team. If there was an option to give stars for each part of the lending process- communication, knowledge, customer service, coordination, hustle, and realistic expectations- we would give 5 stars for each!
