Recently bought a firearm from this location, service was excellent very friendly and professional, gave me space allowing me to look and stayed patient without bothering me. Once I was ready they handled everything quickly and efficiently. Will 100% be back. Firearms are good quality and well worth the price if you have it.

I had a wonderful experience Alicia help me out quickly and amazingly and make sure I was satisfied with my results. I ended up walking out with money still, Thanks to Mel the Major for helping. But all 3 girls had a wonderful service service and I would recommend this place 2 other friends and family thanks to These wonderful and beautiful girls. OMG I went to buy a gift for my boyfriend and the lady that works there, Melissa, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me great ideas. I have never been to a pawn shop before so this was a great first experience. I can’t say enough how great she was and she so pretty too! I would 100% recommend this place and ask for Melissa to help you and if she’s not there then just leave and come back when she is.

I love the crew here at this Pawn1st, I live maybe 2 miles from the central and baseline rd location yet I always make sure to see my folks off Glendale n i17. The folks there try to work with you, I can't remember the many times that I would need there help and never was I let down or come out the store with a sad face. I have used this pawn shop several times on buying, selling and pawning and I have to say the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Today I dealt with Yesmin and she was great. Got me taken care rather quickly. Great customer service. Good music. And willing to answer all questions and explain everything. That is much appreciated. Locked in customer. As soon as I walked in the store, I got a big welcome from everyone. Very inviting, I like how you guys have music going and everyone is really friendly! Good vibes. Everyone is such a big help, honest opinions about when I ask about certain items. The girls and guys here are very knowledgeable!

Their staff was very helpful and provided quality customer service and I had no issues when pawning something when I needed the extra money and most importantly I didn't feel judged in any way.

Hands down the best pawn shop in the valley. I come in here every couple of months if I need a loan because I know I'm in good hands and can always count on getting the amount I need, if not more. The crew here are all outstanding, friendly, and fair. They don't try to lowball you and they'll work with you to provide as much help as possible. I want to give a shout out to Art specifically for being a top notch employee and always providing excellent customer service.
