This place is awesome. Worked with Robert Kraemer to measure the fence and get a personalized quote for the job. Ended up splitting into 2 parts due to some city permitting issues. Robert was able to get me my quote and and itemized list for transparency. I opted to clear the old fence to cut down on cost but the pricing here is definitely worth it. Both installations happened on a single day turnaround. The crew that came out were pretty chill and respectful of the property. Definitely a plus if you speak Spanish. For payments, they were able to take my card information and also provided financing options for the 2nd project since I was short. Overall the company is very friendly and able to work with you throughout the process.

The people who came to my house to do the installation were super nice and professionals,his name is William, answering all my questions, they were fast and with quality always taking all the dimensions and making sure that the fence were straight and aligned. Thank you 😊

I've had 2experiences with Superior Fence and Rail. Both have been exceptional. Joe made a suggestion on how to improve the function of my gate as well as how to repair a sagging issue. Excellent advice on both. Yesterday Scott and Denise came to do the work. It was like a family reunion since I had met Scott when he installed my son's fence. That previous experience assured me that my repairs were going to be done well. Scott and Denise are both knowledgeable and personable. Scott explained what they would do to implement the changes Joe suggested and Denis did a really great job digging the post holes to avoid an unusual curve in my sprinkler system. Having them at my house was actually fun. The new gate is Fabulous. The repaired section of fence look much better. We had a great experience! We have quite a large backyard and have needed a new fence for years. Our wooden fence was rotten and falling over. We decided to go with white vinyl as it will last much longer and is a better investment. After our quote and getting all the permitting the actual replacement of the fence and hauling away the entire old fence only took 2 days! The crew worked non stop and were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone wanting a new quality fence. I would suggest, as they do, marking off where any pipes or sprinklers are before they come to work, because it is possible to get a line hit during the process because of how close the water/sprinkler lines can be to the fence line. Great company! We're so happy with our new fence!!!

What an awful company! I contacted them to build a free standing fence in my backyard. I told them we were putting in a pool so construction of the fence would need to occur after the pool was installed. No further questions were asked on their part about the fence or pool and the survey I submitted to the fence company shows a baby gate around the pool. There was literally no reason for them to think that their fence was the required pool barrier. Months later, my pool company called to let me know that the permit for the baby fence was denied because the pool company put in a permit for a pool barrier - something never discussed. The pool company said it happens all the time and gave the fence company the names of people at the county that could help them correct the paperwork. Superior Fence refused to do this and said we should just install our baby fence after the completion of the pool, which would have required the pool company to resubmit all of their documents to the county, as all of the drawings include the baby fence. They seemed to think it was reasonable for the construction of our pool to be delayed because they didn’t feel like correcting their error. While they have refunded the majority of the money, they will not refund me the cost of the permit. They applied for the WRONG PERMIT! Why should I be out hundreds of dollars because they did the wrong thing and refuse to correct their error?! I tried to settle this quietly and privately but they have refused. Edit to add response to their response: Superior Fence & Rail of Palm Beach at the end of the day, you applied for the wrong permit and refused to correct the issue, despite the pool company giving you the names of people at the county that would correct it for you. I’m sorry you spent money applying for the wrong permit, I am confused as to how I should be the one responsible for paying for the incorrect permit that you refused to correct. I really appreciate the free advertising of my husbands office. Not sure if that was included in your response to intimidate me and make me remove my review, but it certainly highlights the level of professionalism you have shown towards me throughout this process.

Superior fence did a great job on my property. Jeff Milano, salesperson, gave us a great quote on a 170ft of vinyl fence. As we know, vinyl is not cheap, however, They were the most affordable out of 3 companies I quoted. They do all the permits for you, and schedule final inspection quickly. The fence looks great, great service from the salesperson, office personnel to the guys that installed the fence. I would recommend Superior fence and rail services.

I had a very nice experience with this company. Be sure you have a nice copy of the survey for your property where the work will be done. The job was done in one day. The whole process was very professional. Nice work.

As their name states, they are superior. From the estimate, design and planning process until the actual install - this was a wonderful experience. Robert the sales rep was extremely accessible and knowledgeable. After waiting months for county permits, when install day came it was all business. Talented and hard working installers created a beautiful backyard boundary. The material is top quality, clean and level. Tore down and removed our old fencing and cleaned up the yard as well. Very happy customer here.

I will start off by saying that Superior Fence and Rail delivered immaculate service, from the quote all the way to the installation and follow up. I have NEVER had an experience this effortless and this smooth when it comes to a working with a contractor. They were very transparent throughout the entire process and they met all of the scheduling expectations that they set. In fact, we were told that the installation would take 2 days, but it took only 1 day. Lara, Stephanie, Rob Kramer, and Melvin were all a pleasure to work with and everyone was on the same page. Can’t find this kind of customer service these days. Bottom line, I am recommending this company to anyone that I know is in the market for a new fence. Superior Fence and Rail from Lake Worth did a fantastic job building our 115 foot long wood fence. The whole process from when Rick came to give us an estimate, to getting permits, scheduling and building the fence were are done very professionally. The workers showed up on time, we reviewed the details of where to position the fence, they built the fence with such precision and quality, and left the area neat and clean. We are so thrilled with the fence and the company. It is such a refreshing change to work with a professional contractor here in south Florida after we have had such nightmares with so many other contractors. Eric and his crew did such a wonderful job transforming my yard into a resort looking masterpiece, special thanks to Scott and Joe for incredible attention to detail and their master workmanship.
