Best place to have a weapon shipped to, the environment is pleasant, Charlie is the best and he has great customer service skills. We joke, laugh and get business done. I will be a repeat customer. Prices are fair and very accommodating. I would recommend this pawn shop to anyone I know.

Last week I went in to buy something , Charlie greeted us as soon as we walked in, he worked with us showed us our options , giving his HONESSST opinion ! Honestly the best customer service I’ve came across in along time. Great sense of humor with business ! Today I came in to pick up, and again nothing but welcoming comfort . This is the worst pawn shop....When you pawn anything they automatically put it for 2 months... in the paperwork, but they want you to make a payment before the first month. So why charge a late fee? If you pre install for 2 months. IF I COULD MAKE THIS ZERO STARS I WOULD. THIS IS A RIP OFF!!! NEVER WILL I COME HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PAWN SHOP. The best pawn shop is QUEEN OF PAWNS.

I recently utilized Crown Pawn in Lake Worth to take possession of a firearm purchased online. Charlie was extremely helpful and explained the process. Everything went extremely smoothly. Will definitely use in the future. Highly recommended!

Crown pawn is a great place to shop for Christmas or regular occasions for anything you need they have tools to guns to jewelry they're great people to talk with they're smart they know what there talking about I've been going there for over 10 years they helped me every time I go there and I've never had a problem with anything and they're very fair and honest and that's hard to find in a pawn shop ask for Help from any of the guys that work there they all are very helpful and knowledgeable about everything they have for sale, I personally go to Charlie hes been there forever and he is practically part of the furniture so he'll know anything that's in that store And he'll help you with whatever you need he is a great guy and I look Forward to talking with him every time I go in there...!👑👑👑👑♟️♟️♟️♟️is awesome!!

This was a shop close by to my house and i came in to sell a watch and got a good deal for it. The two gentlemen behind the counter were really nice and joked around with me for a bit and i had a great experience selling to this shop. If you want a nice personal experience with real people at a pawn shop, I definitely recommend this place :)

Great and easy way to get a firearm transferred. Charlie is always a good helping hand and always gets you in and out. They have the best transfer fees around compared to other ffl locations. Can't wait to do more business with them in the future

The staff are fantastic and treat you like family! The items are top quality and condition. This is absolutely the best pawn to go to from Broward to palm beach and I highly recommend them. Rude employee. I offered a price on something and he said “I’m dreaming , nice try tho “looked at me funny like I couldn’t afford it . I can offer whatever I want that’s the whole point of a pawn shop right ? instead of saying oh no we can’t do that price . Had a slick mouth thinking he was funny . Horrible Experience .

This is my FAVORITE pawn shop and my go-to FFL dealer. I started buying from here around the beginning of 2020 and I already feel like family. The staff are very friendly and they have a variety of pistols shotguns and other sporting goods (bow&arrows). The owner Charlie is a very nice man and I plan on always coming back here for my gun purchases/ transfers; this is a great place you won't regret spending your money here

I visited this store earlier this afternoon. After I was buzzed in I walked over to a glass case to view some watches. Feeling a little uncomfortable with the weird looking employee on the other side of the store I made some small talk by asking him how business was. His response was that he does not care because he does not own the store. After that I walked around and found an old pinball machine. I asked the employee who's name turned out to be charlie if we could turn it on and take a look. He could not have been more annoyed to actually have to work. It would not turn on so I asked if he had the key and the response was no. I was surprised and told him the key is necessary or the buyer would have to drill out the lock. He then told me it was around somewhere. It was not until I told him that I would come back to get help from a mgr or owner that might be interested in getting an offer that he went and got the key. Took him about 3 seconds to get smh. The machine tuned out to be in very poor condition and I was almost kind of happy because I did not want to continue my interaction with this poor example of an employee.

Awesome experience! Charlie, is as knowledgeable as anyone I have encountered in a pawn/gun shop. Yes, I said anyone. He is full of advice, he listen to my needs as well as my wants and advice me accordingly. Charlie, interact with me on my level far as lack of knowledge regarding firearms, he made me feel extremely comfortable with his friendliness as I ask questions. However, I was not planning on buying anything but after encountering Charlie, I ended-up purchasing my first firearm. Thank you, Charlie for your kindness and wisdom.
