Omg such wonderful, professional and friendly staff!!! They are honest too!! The jewelry they sell is very very pretty… the store has a lot of wonderful things to buy if you don’t want to pay retail… they have purses, shoes, sneakers most small appliances, bicycles, tv’s receivers, portable DVD and computer games with the consoles!!! Nintendo, Nintendo 64, PlayStation 2 and Sega!!! Oh my!!!!

I was having my truck serviced next door and decided to stop by & look at some watches and man !!!!! did I find a deal. Samantha sold me a MINT condition sea pro watch that retails for $400 ish for $115 and the best part is that every 6 months I am able to upgrade with their in house upgrade program. This place is awesome and the best part is that she is as pretty as she is kind. Samantha Thankyou for the great Job.

I must have waited about 5 minutes And asked her do you think they heard you and she said oh yeah they heard me.. Still no one came out finally she went in the back and got someand godzilla so they gave Me federal asthma on my diamond and gold necklace. Why did they bother asking me how much do you want for? To anyone after they have to check the grade of the gold 1 time 1 time they have to check it again and check it again and check it again and check it again it took forever then he comes to the front and gives me the money and I and I send the paperwork and I took and I turn around and go to leave and he doesn't even say thank you for stopping by or you know thanks for your business we're business he just left me walk out. So guess what they'll never be seen again . I have used pawn shops before and I Usually go to one certain place but they were open so so I went there I will never go back there again ever

I’ve been trying to transfer a piece of jewelry from West Palm Beach to Puerto Rico this been horrible, Starting to say that Samantha is rude and will have the audacity to shout at you over the phone without even listening to what you have to say, putting up a defensive attitude over I don’t know what when You try to explain yourself, Will not sit and listen what you have to say when she already have an answer obviously incorrect because she did not listen…. when you try to contact the manager for some reason nobody is available then you try to call back and they say they’re close but yes they’re answer their phone…. I’ve been going to the store for quite years now and have never received such a horrible treatment obviously they will never hear from me again and if you want to stay with that piece of jewelry I don’t have any problem perfect thank you for communicating yourself back to us Mr. Henry… which the person mention hear Mr. Henry it’s also disrespectful and rude as well… Forgot to mention that you need to do their job because they won’t be able to contact the store from PR…
