I came here with a few questions in regards of getting a loan. Pablo helped me quickly and explained how everything works! He also spoke Spanish which helped out even more. The manager arianna was fantastic. She was friendly and kept conversation following. Made sure everything was correct and answered any questions i had.

For three days I had been dealing with loan companies whose employees lacked both customer service skills and professionalism. Was on my last leg when I tried the Advance America at the polo grounds mall. Walked in and received a friendly greeting from the young lady I later found was Arianna ,the manager. She asked what I needed help with and then in a blink of an eye I had set up a loan for the amount I needed at a great rate. She took all the paper work that I had reviewed it with out a question. She talked me through the process, being 75 going on 76 I do lack in computer skills. So in about ten minutes I had an account and money in my hands. Arianna has great customer service skills, is very personable and really knows her job. Thank you Advance America for having such outstanding employees and for having a well oiled smooth loan process

Arianna Chaviano has great Customer service skills is very kind sweet and helpfull and goes beyound the call of duty to help everyone. Store is clean organized and its always a pleasure to come in for a loan when needed.

Great customer service, I have mostly dealt with Pablo Guerrero He is wonderful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have also dealt with Janiel (I believe his name is) on a few occasions and he was friendly, professional, and handled my issue right away.

Nice clean store. Been a customer at this location for over 4 years. They are quick and get you in and out fast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, you can load a loan or just replenish Netspend cards here with a low fee, possibly cheapest fee in the area. Very convenient for me.

Second turn around and I must say That it is never a disappointment. My experience was great and The entire process was fast in easy . Arianna the manager was very kind , had patience and was very professional. Gaby was great , and patience throughout the entire process of me taking out another loan . I usually go to the location in Fort Pierce, however, I wanted to pay my loan early. I had issues with my card going through and I had to call Wells Fargo. Pablo was very patient with me. I was literally there during closing. He was very polite and kind. This location is convenient because it's 5 minutes from my job. Very clean as well.
