Schneider hooked me up with my 2022 Toyota Corolla SE Nightshade! It has been a dream driving it around this week. He was extremely helpful and patient during the 6-hour process and not pushy at all. I been going in there to service my truck since i bought it back more than 15 year ago, the service was much better when they use to be in military. Lately they been adding optional stuff i don't ask for to my bill when i go to service my truck " like oil additive" which i didn't ask for , i talk to the manager about a refund for that optional fee i didn't ask for , he say yes, but I'm still waiting for it. Be aware of rip off on this location, compare an old service charge to the new one to make sure they are not scamming you

When I bought the car they told me that all services will be free until the warranty was covered, which was like 30,000 miles and now they say that I have to pay for the rotation of the tires. Last time I visited this store, I never recommend them careful When they offer you something that they only want to sell, be very careful .

Luis helped us find our car and he was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns. The finance person was also very attentive. Very friendly staff and easy process. Very pleased with our purchase.

I would like to shout out Raul, my advisor from the service department. He was very understanding and patient with me. I am someone who traveled from NJ to the west palm beach area visiting my dad. Unfortunately I caught a flat and he helped me file a claim for my tires to have it replaced. It was a pleasant and smooth process, unlike the Toyota on 441 who wasn’t helpful, I’m glad I changed my mind and came here.

Ed Osborne made sure to help me from the day I made my first call in 2021. I came into Toyota with the mindset of receiving a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE. I had specific requirements for the car and Ed made sure that whenever I received my car it would have all of my requirements. However, things needed to be worked out first. The end of March, I was able to receive the 2022 Toyota Camry XSE that exceeded my requirements and my expectations. It wasn’t a painful process and Ed was very patient with me. He made the experience worth while and if I ever have to buy another Toyota, I know where to come and who to speak to.

I was looking for a Tacoma TRD 4x4 Off-Road with a manual transmission, and after experiencing the “bait-&-switch” from another dealer (Souther 441 Toyota), I was hesitant to believe anyone else. But after receiving a follow up from AJ at Palm Beach Toyota regarding the exact model in transit, I figured it was worth giving them a shot. We talked numbers, my paid off trade-in, and financing out the door. AJ is very personable and easy going. He was patient and well informed regarding any and all of my questions. I was convinced and I put a refundable deposit on the Tacoma, and when it showed up early to the dealership, AJ sent me a personalized video surprising me with the good news. To my great surprise, after coming in to run the numbers with David Wiener, none of the previously agreed numbers had changed! There were no sneaky half truths, misleading information, or any of those old car salesman tactics we all know and despise. David was very patient with me and my wife as we looked over all the details of what we were signing and what protection options we felt were worth including in the financing. All together, I was only at the dealership for 2 hours. Granted, I like to be over prepared, so I had everything they needed from me, and that helped the process go smoothly and quickly. AJ and David made this the best experience I have EVER had at a dealership. I had the worst experience here ever. They wasted my time and kept trying to sell me a car I did not want and add unnecessary charges. I specifically told them what I was looking for and they just did what they wanted and lied to my face. So, I left and went to the one in royal palm beach and was taken care of right away. A man listened to what I was looking for and succeed getting it for me. New car will be here in a month and I couldn’t be more happier.

Today we picked up our 2022 RAV4 Hybrid, Cavalry Blue. From start to finish the experience was amazing. Nick Aubin, our internet salesman worked with us on a weekly basis to secure the exact RAV4 we wanted. What I found to be a defining experience was that all quoted prices did not fluctuate or change as was the case with other Toyota dealers we talked with prior to working with Palm Beach Toyota. PBT is honest, truthful and credible....and that is a 10 rating. We completed the financing on line with Rafael Rodriguez. A man true to his word. All paper work was completed in advance and Rafael followed through on all financial items addressed during our phone conversation. It is important that we support businesses that really care about the consumer as we are the best source for referrals and we will be supporting Palm Beach Toyota. Love my RAV4 Hybrid

I took my 2022 model Toyota highlander to West Palm Beach Toyota service. They also damaged the solid part of my vehicle, they broke it. I went 4 times for a repair and I will go there 5 times tomorrow and they still haven't fixed my Vehicle. Never go to a West Palm Beach Toyota dealership, stay away from it. If you don't want your car to break down, if you don't want to lose your job, no one should go to the Palm Beach Toyota service. I report them all to Toyota headquarters. You answered me but you are not sincere in your words, you are not honest. I'm warning everyone. Do not take your vehicle to a Palm Beach Toyota dealership or do business with them. They are not honest people, they will break your car and you will regret 1000. I will file a complaint against them. I also filed a complaint with Toyota headquarters.

Sub-par service from this Toyota dealership. Came in for an alignment was told it could take an hour and a half so my girlfriend and I decided to wait. Two hours go by and no update on my truck. I go ask our service provider what was going on and my truck was not even touched yet. We could have gone home and came back to pick it up if we would have been told it was going to take over 4 hours to be done. When we came back to pick up my truck out service provider wasn’t even there to check me out. Just so unprofessional and a waste of a day when we could have been spending time with our family who we came out to see for the holidays. No questions about how our experience was either. Good thing is we don’t live in the area so we will not be back.

Tuesday, was a great day for me! It Is my Second time is purchasing a car from Palm Beach Toyota and it was a wonderful experience. He has such a great attitude, which helps the processes even better.

It was my first time buying a NEW vehicle and man this dealership was great. My salesman was Monpremier Laurent and he was awesome very professional they are not pushy and help you make the right decision that works for you.

Bought a RAV4 here last fall. Nothing wrong with Toyota, I would say the problem is with their finance department ethics. I asked the finance manager very specifically the same question in 3 ways...what rate do the very best customers get today if they finance with SE Toyota...he confirmed 3.99%. Seemed like he wasn't lying...sent my brother over since I had seemingly such a good experience...he asked the same question and got the same answer. He had already checked with his bank and they lowered the rate by 1.5% So the lowest rate was considerably lower....in dollar terms this "whatever you want to call it" costs over $3000. This is why they get 1 star. Its become normal practice for businesses like this to lie to make a few dollars. BTW. My credit score is about 821

Have to edit my review after experiencing terrible customer service. Purchase experience was smooth but I’ve called 6 times for a financing issue and my calls are never returned. Every time I either get a voicemail or someone who says they will help but never call me back. I will have to go in person over 90 mins out of my way to get something done that could’ve been done over the phone if anyone actually cared about doing their job.

Worst experience at a dealership ever! Sold us a car infested with cockroaches, promised to clean it next day and when we brought it back, no one could be reached and they did the worst job of cleaning I've ever seen. Paid for a 2 year tag and only gave us one for 1 year. Empty promises, disgusting cleaning of the used cars, and way overpriced. I no longer trust them to even do any servicing anymore.

I brought my 2019 Camry pre owned w 9500 miles to Anthony for a tire rotation and oil change according to warranty. The work was done faster than expected but on the way home I saw the receipt said I had declined a wheel alignment and filter change which was not true. On the road home I called Anthony back and he said the tech had put that on in error and I told him I wanted a corrected receipt.my warranty is important and so I made a special trip back the next day and received what was said to be a duplicate that omitted the two supposedly declined items. This morning I noticed an email from the service department saying something quite ‘’questionable’’ That those two items ‘’may be required’’. I’m wondering… being Leary of dealers… is this a ploy to invalidate my warranty…?? What is the purpose of verbally telling me my service was complete while sending me a contradictory Email?? I tried sending an email to the original Sender but it did not go through. This is a nuisance that has to be followed up for a Second Time now… I’m not thrilled.

Such a bad experience on two diffrent occasions. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house so going there was convenient but trust me, I will do all I can to never fo back again. 1. I went in for an oil change and the guy behind the computer was flirtibg with me. I was extremely uncomfortable and avoided going to this location for months! 2. I went back to with my dad for another pil change. The oil change service was fine but at the end we forget to mention an issue we were having with the door (water was going in through the window whenver it rained and colected in the door) when we mebtioned this issue at the end of the service our rep was so rude! He said they already finished with the car and cannot look in to it. Didn't sit down to schedule an appointment, didn't even look at the car just rudely said " you should of mentioned this earlier, we can't do anything now." Horrible customer service

This was my second lease from PB Toyota. The entire process is smooth. Our salesman Jeff spent a lot of time going over every feature in the vehicle . This was my first service visit to Palm Beach Toyota after purchasing my Highlander. I was quite impressed with the service in all regards. Service advisor Daniel Davila worked with me to schedule the work and all was completed earlier than the estimated time he gave me. He was knowledgeable, polite and had a great attitude! What an amazing experience I had last week at Palm Beach Toyota when I dropped of my Toyota Prius for service. From the courteous reception to my assistant service manager Mauricio Landa who explained throughly the process, parts, labor & cost needed to replace the whole brake system of my vehicle. Not only it was fished in a timely matter but also when on a be young to replace a burned low beam light and cabin air filter. When I picked up my vehicle the service Director Mr. Felipe Vilaomar was in the service area supervising the whole department and introduce himself to assure all was done to the tee on my car and explained the replacement also of the module brake system computer under warranty. I was gladly surprised that it has been completely done to my Prius, washed, vacuumed and ready to go. I love my car and it is running like new. Five star and white globe service to all the team, for sure they have a life long customer with me and my family for our future service and new vehicle purchase needs!

If there is 0 I will give them zero star. First of all, there's a lot of salesperson but no one approached me if I needed some help. So, I was the first to ask, I asked an inexperienced salesperson. asked if they have specials on new Toyota Sienna and he said what do you mean by special? like you know 0% interest rate. because Honda is giving a 0% interest rate with a good credit. unexpectedly, his response was then go to Honda. Thanks for being honest and not wasting my time. I told him to work on his sales talk. 👎

I was looking for a great deal as a gift to my youngest son. We had been looking for weeks for a deal and finally found the 2015 Charger with low miles. My wife and I along with our son drive from Jacksonville to West Palm Beach to pick the car up. Everyone was great and we were in and out of the place faster than any other car purchase ever. We did already have an agreed upon price before I made the trip, which helped speed things up. Everything was great until the next day when the AC no longer was cold. I felt the gut punch and thought I had gotten burned. I immediately called the dealer and they said they would get back to me. I was skeptical if they would, but only a few hours later they agreed to cover the cost if I would drive to one of their dealerships in Orlando. The arrangements were made and the job done last week. The AC is still very cold. My definition of integrity and character is doing the right thing even if you don’t have to. Palm Beach Toyota did that and I am very happy with the purchase. For instance they are very easy to work with, they communicate very well the cost of the services and the time frame to do them. I drove almost three hours from Orlando to see a Porsche Boxster un here. I got my loan approved and was ready to sign the deal but was told by the sales manager that, if I purchase the car that day, I have to drive the car away. I drove there alone and obviously I couldn’t drive two cars back my self. I asked them if I could sign all the paperwork today and pick up the car next day with my friend. They told me I have to drive the car away. Otherwise, it’s a “bit-and-switch” for other customer. All right, the next day I bothered my friend and we headed out from Orlando together to buy the Porsche. Salesman told someone just took it while we already headed out. The most sarcastic thing is sales manager kept saying price is firm, but on the last day they lowered down price again from 40500 to 39700 approximately. And I saw this on the website then tentatively asked them again if the car still available. They told me it’s sold… ain’t this the “bait-and-switch” you just told me? Never heard a dealership must require a customer to drive the car away immediately after purchasing. Wasted my time.

I visited 4 Toyota dealerships within 100mi from my home and was given the best deal (without having to haggle) by Palm Beach Toyota. I got the exact same vehicle I had wanted for several hundreds less and they will service my vehicle for free for four years. So far each service session has been a good experience. It's easy, quick, and everyone is courteous, polite, and helpful. The service waiting area is comfortable, spacious, and very relaxing. Palm Beach Toyota is definitely very focused on customer satisfaction.

Today I'm really disappointed in the service I received. Not only was in line to have my car serviced, I was waiting for 30 plus minutes. Usually I see mauricio but I had daniel and seemed like everyone was wanting to bargain and get a cheap price on the services of the vehicles. Really disappointed that not only was he the only person that had a line of people. Three people next to him were next to him and all were on their phones and didn't even help him. Please try to obtain to get better service for customers and not make them wait in line. This is beyond ridiculous.

Reached out via email to get quotes on trucks, and Jordan Roe was very quick and responsive. Their price was as good as I had seen and he gave me an easy out the door number. Went in to the dealership to look, and Jordan was great. Having the same truck he was very familiar with all the features. The buying process was as easy as I've had, and I highly recommend going to see Jordan if you are in the market.

Was an all-around wonderful experience. Got there a couple of minutes before my appointment, they took me right in, and escorted me to my service advisor Igor. I was only there for an oil change and a tire rotation, my first service since purchasing the car. 40 minutes later, the car was done, washed and ready. Igor informed me that the previous owner had Toyota Guard, and still had some free service items left in it. My oil change was free, the tire rotation was free, and the next 2 tire rotations were also free. Sweet. 40 minutes, great service..and FREE! I did choose one add-on to clean the injectors, which I paid for and it came with it's own 6,000 engine warranty. All around great experience!

People are very nice, and they do a good job with my vehicle, but they are a little bit slow. The coffee bar is a nice touch, and there’s a comfortable place to wait while they’re working on your vehicle, so the wait doesn’t seem too bad. Also told me about a recall and fixed it which was good. Main negative is that for the second or third time in a row, while my coupon said that I would have my car washed once they were finished, they failed to do that and delivered the car back as dirty (or dirtier) so if you’re going in with coupon that says you get the oil change tire rotation and car wash, make sure you tell them upfront you want the car washed or it’s likely it won’t happen.

I was sincerely surprised about how great the sales team was that helped me lease my car. Douglas, Andy, and Juan were unlike any other car sales team I’ve met. I had nightmare experiences at a couple other dealerships and felt very lucky to have come across Palm Beach Toyota. Even when I was “just looking” for cars, Douglas was not pushy and respected my time. I highly recommend this dealership. Update*** Returning my lease was such a nightmare. I was misled and nickel and dimed. Douglas has since stopped working there and it seems Andy is not as genuine as I had thought when I began my lease. He did not make the return process easy. Avoid this dealership if you can! Not worth the headache. But I will say the Toyota Camry was a very reliable car!

We were able to negotiate the contract before arriving with the exception of trading in my daughter’s car. Even the trade-in was a simple process and he provided a fair price. We came from Lakeland, FL about 3 hours away to purchase a truck. The salesman and finance folks were great with helping us lock in the deal and giving us the time to get there. They could have easily sold it to someone else but they held on to it for us until we could make the trip. I would make the trip and buy from them again.

Trying to schedule a recent air bag safety recall "free" repair but the processes put in place by management keep making it even more difficult. My only and simple request was to order the part (wiring harness) in question so when I showed up they could take care of the replacement and I would only have to spend 4 hours of MY TIME one day but instead, according to THEIR process, I'd have to visit the dealership twice: Once for the inspection so the part can be ordered (3 hours of MY TIME) and once again for replacing the part (another 3 hours of MY TIME) Just like your technicians Mr Bigelow, MY TIME is not free. It's hard to believe that this is the same Company that built a power house around their client centric approach. My only certainty at this point is that my next car won't be a TOYOTA and I'd recommend everyone else to do the same.

Fillipe Cortte was amazing and went above and beyond to assist me with my truck. The tires we ordered were not going to be in until later in the day; and he knew I was catching a flight to attend my Aunt's memorial service. I only had my lunch break to get to the dealership and pick up truck to return back to work. He called the warranty company to approve two different tires which were in stock, and also informed me I still had a free oil change on my service contract, also there was a recall to be completed, and washed my truck for me! He kept me posted every step of the way and even had the Uber drive pick me up exactly at 1pm. This is what customer service is about and I greatly appreciate his critical thinking skills as good customer service can be hard to find. Thanks so much Fillipe; you are awesome!

This is about battery warranty. i bought this car here. and my battery just died. i drove in the battery is covered 100% for 2 yrs.& 84 month total coverage. I was 2 weeks over that! the first associate told me the replacement cost was around $200 PLUS OR MINUS SOME DOLLARS. SO where was the warranty. as they have this battery on line for $163.44. I said i'm going to costco a much better price 115. and 3 yr guarantee . then another associate told me he would work with me as i was leaving . i paid 169 for a lifetime coverage. what gets me is where is the 60 month warranty that was left. this only means it does not exist as nothing was prorated. so it seems fishy and disingenuous to the point of scamming you for more $$ than they are entitled to. so no coverage after 2 years. what a sham...

Regardless my personal car is now messed up because of the repairs, scratching it and the inside paint of the vehicle is damaged all due to “repairs”. It’s a joke, how they handle the situation was terrible

Moved from NY wanted to buy my lease out. Toyota finacial said i had to come to a local dealership to do it. I came here and i wish i never did. Sales rep and managers are nice but unfortunately nice didn't get the job done correctly. I bought my car in cash on December 2 2021. Was charged taxes dmv fees and an additional dealership fee. Its now January 7 2022 and Toyota finacial hasnt recieved their money from my purchase. I am getting calls every other day and now texts from them. You had one job to pay my car off. THERE WAS NO HAGGLING OR HARD WORK TO SELL ME A CAR! Stay away from this dealership they are just going to screw your credit.

Scammed into purchasing a wrong car! We were shopping for a new 2022 Sienna and stated upfront that we needed ALL wheel drive option. We explained that this feature was needed for increased safety for traveling up North. We were told by numerous people at the dealership (Yanelys, the sales person, Alex, and others) that all new Siennas were AWD. We relied on their expertise and knowledge. A couple of weeks later after purchasing new 22 Sienna and using our long saved money on our “dream” car, we realized they sold us Front Wheel Drive one. We were told we could not returned the vehicle. Visited dealership numerous times. Recorded conversation where they admitted making a mistaking and promised to swap this car for an new AWD one. We received all kinds of excuses for why the new vehicle was not available, then the manager just stopped responding. I have a great deal of anxiety now driving this car. I haven’t removed manufacturers tags or linked my phone to it, I am anxious on the road, afraid to get a scratch on it, put a coffee cup inside, or put on miles (in case we need to return it). The car became a bitter daily reminder or their dishonesty, unprofessional behaviors, lost hopes, and spent hard earned money on the vehicle we did not ask for or wanted. If you are shopping for a new Toyota, go somewhere else.

The maintenance light came on, so made a point to show up without appointment. The new service drive up is awesome. Drive to one of the three garage doors and they open automatically to allow you into the service area. A person inside will guide you to the correct service lane and ask if you have an appointment. My answer was no, maintenance light is on ( @ 5k they turn on, oil reminder). They guided me to service desk and squeezed me in on top of their appointments for the day. I also asked them to check disk brake pads ( last visit 4mm) and to have tires rotated. The customer lounge is comfortable and spacious. Tables have recharge stations for electronics. Thanks for the professionalism and and no fuss service.

Me and my boyfriend drove down to this Toyota dealership from South Carolina because we thought we found the best deal. I was not disappointed. Everyone there was very helpful, thorough and super friendly! Ask for Kevin when you go, he was very professional, but also made you feel like you were just talking to a friend! I visited last week Friday & I had a appointment with Mauricio for 9am he was very rude,while talking with him he was on his phone & didn’t help me not one bit…I went because I had 2 recalls, car wouldn’t start, car was shutting off, & lastly the tire pressure light was on. He claimed that my car doesn’t come with a tire pressure sensor & in order for them to take a look at it I would have to purchase 4 brand new tires which is bs….I was highly upset & disappointed with my service at this Toyota dealership.

It was amazing!! We selected the car and submitted the credit app online before we got there. Stephane sent me videos of the cars I was looking at. Bethany followed up and the business manager had everything ready for us when we got there. I have bought many cars through the years and what I hate most is the hours spent at the dealership. This Toyota service center is an absolute ripoff. I have had my Toyota for 10.5 years and have taken it for service at four different dealerships in three states. Every time I have done so I felt I was treated fairly. I recently moved to FL and knew I needed my brakes done soon so took it to the WPB dealership to have them looked at during the multi-point inspection I received while getting a tire rotation. I also had an issue getting my old license plate off due to corrosion of the screws. I have NEVER felt so taken advantage of in my life. The service rep stated it would be $489 to replace my front brake pads and rotors. Even though I know nothing about how much car repairs should cost, I knew that was way too high. I took it to a reputable mechanic in the area (Pete's Auto Repair on Okeechobee Blvd) who did them for $310. The rep also refused to give me a break down of the estimated parts and labor costs, stating that they could only invoice the job once it had been completed. While I understand that, they should be able to give customers a basic idea of the parts and labor breakdown in order to help them make an informed decision. To top it all off, he stated it would be a two-hour job to drill my license plate off and cost $300. The other mechanic did it in 15 minutes and didn't even charge me. This dealership engages in deceitful and disgusting conduct.

Visited this dealership to purchase a Toyota yesterday. It was a terrible experience. Would not recommend this place. The sales manager Dan is exactly what you would expect from a lying used car slimy con artist. They are not willing to negotiate on price and made it very clear. The mindset is that since someone else will buy the car, (there is a shortage of chips for cars) then someone else will buy it for the price they marked up. Very disappointed in their treatment of customers.

My experience with Toyota Palm Beach usually is great until I went in yesterday 11/8/2021.Erick Davila was my service advisor, I came in for an oil change/tire rotation. After discovering I needed two new tires, my advisor Erick assured me he would remove the tire rotation from my bill as it was no longer needed. He did not remove it from the bill, as well as never applied my oil change service coupon. After swiping my card I realized that I was still being charged for a tire rotation even though it was agreed that it was going to be removed since we ended up not going forward with it. Instead of getting his manager to refund me. Erick Davila said “The ticket is closed my manager can’t do anything for you”. I felt really uncomfortable and unconfident that I had a competent service advisor. Why am I being charged for a service I never received??? Also he told me that my oil change will last me 10,000 miles but my recommend change is every 5,000 miles…

Absolutely terrific experiences. I say experiences because we were there one week but could not get to a right number, although they tried. We went back a week later, found the vehicles we liked, but still a stretch on the budget. Went back the next day and with some extra effort were able to get a loan at the right interest rate to make it happen. Can't say enough good things about salesmen Nick and Laurent, sales managers Andy and Dan, and finance managers Isis and Arian. Atmosphere in the showroom was low key, pleasant and calm environment. And no high pressure tactics. Not to mention a great selection of cars at very reasonable prices.

This dealership is great. They have a huge inventory of cars which gives you so many options to choose from. The dealership itself is very nice, modern and clean. Nick and Roger are great. They will make sure you are well taken care of. They truly care about the customer experience and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Nick in particular helped us setting up our car (installed safety features etc) and was well informed about the car. He walked us through all the features and was encouraging us to do a test drive to make sure we liked the car. He also gave us some advice and even followed up with us a couple days after we got the car to make sure we enjoyed our ride back home and liked the car. I walked onto the lot armed with an upside down financed vehicle, $1,000 cash, and average credit. I was hoping to get a used truck but I didnt think it was going to happen. I bought a car from this location 2 days ago and I have to say that I have always hated going to any dealership to purchase a car. You always feel pressured and uncomfortable. My experience here was completely the opposite!!! Jordan Roe was such an amazing sales rep. Very friendly, made the process very easy and constantly asked if I had any questions. If I did have any questions he answered them clearly to where I felt like I fully understood everything. At no point did I fell pressured to make any decision that I was not comfortable with. Such amazing service!! Now and days you always feel like your leaving a dealership like you were ripped off but I got a great deal and ever the finance guy Eugene was great to deal with. He made sure I saw all the numbers clearly right in front of me not hiding anything. Really great experience!!

I had a wonderful experience today. I walked in very frustrated regarding one of my tires that had a slow leak in it. After many attempts of trying to find a nail in that particular tire, the service tech went from that tire to the next tire and the next one after that informing me of how bad all four of my tires were. I became very overwhelmed and stated loudly, “I only came today for ONE tire!” With so many techs surrounding me, stating you need new tires, Felipe, the service manager walks over and calms the entire situation down. After his professionalism, caring gesture, understanding attitude and willingness to help keep me and my family safe on the road, I eventually left with four brand new tires. He saw a situation brewing, came into the midst of it and diffuse the situation in such a way that he (Toyota) has won my continual business. Thank you again, Felipe! Also, I can’t forget about Daniel. He was very patient, helpful, and detailed -oriented with the type of tires to choose from and the prices of each brand made it a smooth process.

He made sure my vehicle was taken care of to my expectations being there was a miscommunication with service advisor Daniel, he did acknowledge it was his fault and apologized. It took them an hour to get the keys for my car once they finished the oil change. If I hadn’t come up myself to the staff and hadn’t ask about the keys, who knows for how much longer I would have set there. That’s without saying that I waited for more than two hours already for them just to change oil in the car. Also, I asked them to look at Bluetooth because it hasn’t been working, and I know it should be just a reset of some kind, but they replied that they need to run a diagnostics test for $80 in order to check on it. $80 to reset Bluetooth! Thank you! They also made an entire list of what else I should do to repair my car and make it “safe” which exceeds $1,500. I asked them further about these services and if they could print them out, and the employee got frustrated with my questions. Cool.

I arrived at Palm Beach Toyota, signed all the lease documentation, and eagerly got into my new truck to drive home. I noticed that the mats were not industrial and asked management to address this. The manager came over and said that if I wanted the industrial mats she would have to charge me $439. I provided a copy of the deal which was emailed to me by the sales department. She got frustrated and said that the vehicle MSRP was the same as the email without any looking into. The numbers and the email are documented and she was wrong which seemed to have angered her. I’m pleased with the truck, but would strongly recommend a different Toyota dealership.

Jorge was great. Like most, I hate buying a car but they were patient and worked with me, even during the pandemic. I wasn’t treated like I have been many times before and what I’ve come to dread. They didn’t push me to make a decision simply worked within the terms that I laid out. They actually negotiated with me. Made me feel like the sale maters to them. Ultimately, they cared about making me happy. My overall experience at Toyota was great. The wait was very long but it was worth it. Although the service advisor gave me a few options if I didn’t want to wait I chose to wait . The advisor was so attentive every so often he would check up on me to let me know the progress of the service on my vehicle In addition, the waiting area has a very comfortable atmosphere with a variety of hot beverages and pastries to choose from. Overall most of the staff are fantastic with a great smile and it is a fantastic place to take your vehicle.
