The queen of pawn on S Military trail in west palm beach has the most courteous manager of all shops that I’ve been too. He works with you and tries to accommodate your number that your looking for and if he can’t he sure as hell tries to get you close enough. If you want a good price on something your selling I suggest you go there..

I bought a MacBook Pro at this location, was informed that It was a late 2013 gen, bought it for $650 thinking I got a great deal and brought it to my tech man for update and was actually late 2008 with core duo processor which is the slowest you can have…. I’m finding these same laptops for less than $100 online… better of doing your own research before buying from these scammers.

Best pawn shop I've gone to. Staff is quick, polite, and extremely professional. Not once have I been disappointed in the service. Love it, and will continue going there. Not to mention they have crazy low prices and beautiful jewelry. I usually always go to the same guy when I go there, he's the assistant manager, but everyone else is equally as nice and helpful, and will help you get what your looking for at an affordable price.

Big place with decent selection BUT the atmosphere in this place is super cold and I don't mean weather wise. Most of what they sell is practically eBay or Alibaba prices and I feel at this point that's a better option. I enjoy supporting small business but if it means getting an ice cold reception and not willing to work with the customer and have a good clientele base I'll buy from someone else online from the comfort of my couch at home. Very disappointing.

Been doing business with them for years and they are serious and reliable. They take care of my items very well. Never is it ideal to borrow money but whenever I get in a tight situation I've been able to count on them completely without any hazle. Their rate is low and can't be beat anywhere else. Don't even waste your time in other places. They also give you better value for your items.

In between her pay checks when we need extra cash the ALWAYS help her out. They have a very large variety of merchandise. Im can't wait to buy my mom some jewelry.

These people are scammers, I went to quote a gold ring and they offered me $160 🤬 However, in Crown Pawns they gave me $ 1000!!! Be careful when doing business with these people, first check with other pawnshops!!!
