Tony was extremely friendly and very helpful. He was very patient while I struggled to find my account number. He was very funny and made my experience wonderful!

I initially went in and was in dire need just to make it until Friedsy/payday. Paul, the gentleman behind the counter asked four simple questions: 1. Did I have a job?; 2. Did I have a bank account?; 3. How long was I at my current residence?; and 4. Did I have any outstanding loans? Once we clarified all those, he explained clearly and concisely what the terms of the loan were, so much so that I honestly didn't have any questions, I was in and out with the money I so desperately needed in about 5 minutes! Easily the best experience I've had at the Check Cashing Store. Thank you again, Paul!!!

Thus is an amazing store. Never been here since maybe 6 years ago and nothing has changed. Met paul and advised me to sign up for momentum bank. Ever since i have, it has been great. I get my money in an instant with no extra hassle and he explained ever word very clear and professionally because of him this will be great for me in many ways hope to be a life time customer with no issues. This place is doing illegal check cashing. Watch out for the representative that work there especially lende I don't want anyone to go through what I did. There will be a investigation going on.

This place has the most ridiculous customer service ever! Will not be going there anymore! Very unprofessional! I called to make a payment on a loan and someone took my info to call me back because they claimed they were busy they never called me back I saw that the time was getting closer to them closing so I called back they claimed again that they still busy and couldn't take my payment, and that they were going to send my check to the bank so I better make sure the $ is in the account wth is wrong with these ppl, I called bk to complain the guy that answered the phone never allowed me to explain myself nor was he in no way going to take my payment, I have been doing customer service all my life I have never come across such unprofessional people. After I complete this loan I am never dealing with them again sorry to say!
