The staff is AWESOME!! Always friendly and polite! Their store is immaculate, all of the time, and stocked with just abut anything you may be looking for. If you need to pawn something, they only charge 10%, and if you're looking to purchase something, they have great prices! I highly recommend them - 4 stores located in P.B.C.!

People hit hard times, usually are ashamed or afraid to pawn something for fear of judgement or losing their item. Not here... At Q.O.P. Lake Worth, the entire staff is extremely helpful and don't make you feel bad or uncomfortable for having to make a move to help yourself out during a rough time. Noteablly, Daniel and Brian, those 2 guys are the BEST! Daniel has been nothing but help to me as I've went through allot recently, always very clear and thoroughly explaining everything so you have no fear of doing business here at all, a great guy overall and great customer service. Brian, usually helps me when Danny isn't around, funny kind hearted guy who will make you feel at ease if you have to bring in something you're afraid to lose, he reassures you that as long as requirements are met, you WILL get your property back. The manager or managers they've worked with have taught them well. I live maybe 30 min away from this location, but after the excellent service I recieve from them EVERY time. I Went to this store because a friend of mine recommended it to me, and let me tell you it surpassed my expectations. The Treat you get from the moment you step in the store is great and very friendly staff. We have pawned a few times here in this location and the guy there DANIEL GIL was not considered enough to drop $30 dlrs of our pawn that was $300 (We landed up paying $360!!) So that we can paint a house so that we can work due to this pandemic CORONVIRUS! We have had the item there for quite sometime a Paint Machine! This situation now is very hard on all of us! JUST REMEMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NUMBER 1 TO KEEPING A BUSINESS OPEN ESPECIALLY NOW IN THESE TIMES!
