We have diligently been looking for a car, within a particular price range, for our 18 year old to hopefully keep for years to come. We randomly came across a vehicle on Google and off we went. We were greeted by Allan Rivas, Jr and the experience from there was one that I did not anticipate. Car shopping was fun! We laughed and he understood my concerns and needs for us to make a purchase. The entire team there from management to finalize at finance as they took our money. Purchase has been made, daughter is ecstatic and I am thrilled. Great experience and will certainly recommend.

I was shopping for an SUV and had a few in mind. I’d never even looked at a Subaru before let alone owned one. My husband and I went and looked and got the pleasure of meeting Allan Rivas. Allan was very knowledgeable and passionate about Subaru’s. I was pleasantly surprised with Subaru’s overall. After speaking with me, he recommended what he thought would be the perfect vehicle for what I wanted and my personality, which was the 2022 Forester Wilderness in all black. Needless to say I ordered it. When it came in, I requested the black decal be removed from the hood. Little did I know this would cause a stir. But it was done and I loved the outcome! I can’t speak highly enough about Subaru of Gainesville, Allan, and Ronnie the manager. They were so awesome, my husband custom built and ordered an Ascent while we waited to sign paperwork.

We bought a Subaru Ascent for our growing family from Subaru of Gainesville. Bob in sales in incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. The salesperson was very efficient, helpful, and friendly. He had an excellent understanding of the safety features of our new Subaru Outbook. We received a generous trade-in for our 2019 Outback, and the final price for the new car was exceptionally good. All-in-all, the experience was terrific.

I just purchased a Subaru Ascent from Subaru of Gainesville. I had quite the journey to purchasing this car, but Allan was with me the entire way. He showed me the different options in September of 2021, and we tried to find a deal to purchase 2 new cars at one time. With the help of the management team, we worked out a great deal. Unfortunately, that weekend, I was in an accident and we had to wait. Allan was great. He didn't pressure us, he just let us know he would be there for us when we were ready. When we were able to come back in January, I saw both Trevor and Allan. They both worked together to get me in my Ascent. I got a great deal on a 2021 Ascent. Allan prepared all of the paperwork, and Trevor and Chad stayed late to help us get all the paperwork signed and completed. Trevor was also there the next morning when we came back with questions (There are a lot of buttons). I just want to thank everyone who helped us. We'll see you again in the summer when we get the Crosstrek!

I have to say this was the absolute best auto buying experience I've ever had. Our salesman, Allan Rivas, Jr was so knowledgeable and personable, from the meet and greet to the end of the sale. He even helped our son unload our trade in into the new Subaru outback we purchased while my husband and I worked through the finance department. Head on down to Subaru of Gainesville, you won't be disappointed.

This past week I went to Subaru of Gainesville to potentially buy a used car. The salesman I spoke with was very nice and the car looked great from the outside. However, when taking the car for a test drive, it drove horribly. The engine sputtered badly every time I tried to accelerate. It felt like the head was cracked, which means the engine was more than likely blown. The next day I spoke with the sales manager, who offered to reduce the price by $600, if I took it "As Is." I said, "No way!" They didn't even investigate what could have been potentially wrong with car and sent it immediately to the auction after our interaction. So, beware of what they are selling over there. If you're interested in one of their used cars, be sure to take it to an independent mechanic and have them check it out. Don't take Subaru of Gainesville's word for it.

Noah was our salesperson and he was real attentive and listened to our needs and found us the perfect Car that we could have dreamed of.

This is our second Subaru (the first bought at another dealership), and this Subaru came with many more included perks than our first Subaru that was purchased in South Florida. I'm so impressed with this dealership - they even sent us a box of delicious cookies as a customer appreciation gift, as well as making a donation to the Florida Chapter of the ALS Association. Just a great overall car buying experience!!

I was interested in car that was posted online so I clicked “confirm availability” and within seconds Anthony called me. Unfortunately the car had a buyer already so I told Anthony to follow up with me if something similar came about. Within a few hours he called me immediately after finding out the buyer backed out of the deal. His due diligence and keeping his potential customers at top of mind is the reason I drove off in a new car. 100% recommend Anthony as a salesman.

I loved my experience with Subaru of Gainesville! I drive a 2020 forester and broke down in the middle of Archer and completely panicked. Nothing was working, not even my Subaru StarLink. After calling my dad, he sent me Subaru of Gainesville's contact information, and they were there immediately to help! The General Manager, Chris Baynard, and his Service Manager, Clift White, drove to where I was broken down and helped fix my car in no time! They offered to have it towed and inspected to make sure my car was safe to drive and in good shape. They responded way faster than AAA! They were very nice and helped calm down my nerves. I don't know what I would've done without them!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My husband and I are expecting our third and final baby so it was crucial for us to upsize our vehicle. We had been trying to find something for what seemed like decades with no luck. I had almost gotten PTSD from the sketchy car dealers/dealerships we had encountered while trying to find a new vehicle. But then steps in Subaru of Gainesville and Mr. Noah! From the very start he made the whole experience very enjoyable! We arrived to the vehicle we were interested in parked up front with a beautiful bow on it! He came out and told us to take a Few minutes to look the car over and asked if we wanted a slice of pizza! There was no hovering or the super aquard small talk. It was as simple as: if you like it cool, if you don’t cool, in the meantime do you want hawian or pepperoni? Then he invited us in and we went over the details and thankfully we were approved and worked with Chad I believe was his name and he was just as pleasant and down to earth as Noah! I personally had questions about gap insurance and he explained everything beautifully and with every question he gave a straight answer and I didn’t feel like he was trying to confuse us with his response. Long story short I will suggest going through this dealership and it’s staff to everyone I know and everyone I don’t know! I usually pull away from dealerships stressed out and in tears and my experience here was completely different! I got to pull away with a smile! What an amazing group of people!

Mitch and everyone was so amazing! They coordinated our purchase from Texas and my pick-up a few weeks later flawlessly. We're very impressed. And we got the exact car we wanted, got excellent customer service, and got a reasonable price, none of which seemed to be possible in Texas.

They did a recall airbag replacement. Took 5 hrs and they broke every single plastic piece on my dash. Left huge gouge score marks all over my dash. My car wasnt perfect when I brought it in, but now it looks so much worse !!! I am so not happy. On the report they only marked 1 ac vent that they broke. Also my ac doesnt blow as hard and makes a wierd noise coming from the dash now. I do not reccommend going to the Gainesville Fl location unless you want your car to come back worse than it was when you brought it in.

was all set cash in hand to buy a subaru outback wilderness but the dealership told me i had to pay above sticker price so thats that. im not buying

From walking in to picking up our 2014 Crosstrek it was a great customer experience. We had a 'sound' couldn't decide front or rear.. Tech did a drive around put it up on the lift. Brakes and bearings! But everything was shown to us while it was on the lift! Loaner car was provided and when job finished a day early there was complete understanding that we did not have to rush over on Friday night. Great Subaru dealership and Service Center!

I got my Subaru worked on for recalls. I would like to get more done but I can't afford their prices. Their employees are really friendly and answer all my questions right away.

I'd give 10 stars if they had it. No bull, good service, was done in 3 hours, in budget and with a car better than my budget should of allowed. Alan and Christine where amazingly helpful and professional. Also trans friendly 💛 💜 lgbtq folks I extra recommend.

I brought my Subaru crostrek to the service department this morning for a check engine light. It turned out my gas cap was not secured but they took the time to wash my car and top off the air in my tires free of charge. I also purchased my vehicle through carvana so they had no obligation to go above and beyond for me but they absolutely did! I will certainly bring my vehicle back to them for any future (actual) issues.

It’s a nice place to get your Subaru washed. Also a nice place for conversations with employees. If you're local, or find something they have in stock to your liking, it's a great place to buy a new Subaru.

Recently purchased a Suburban from Subaru and had an exceptional experience. Both George and Allan were friendly, helpful and diligent in their work. Additionally worked with Freddy who facilitated an acceptable purchase price. It appears that several perks are integrated into purchases made from this dealership. Customer service is great! With my husband we had an extraordinary customer experience at Subaru of Gainesville, both regarding sales and services. While waiting for our new car to arrive, our current car broke down. Ronnie responded immediately suggesting to leave our Toyota for repair and service there and was very kind to offer us a courtesy car without which we would have been left without a vehicle for a week with no means to commute to work. I have had the most pleasant experience at Gainesville Subaru. I have always felt like dealerships were a necessary evil when it came to purchasing a car. That mold has been broken. Excellent customer service. My daughter has a Forester and there isn't a dealership near her college. We were meeting up here for the weekend and she needed basic included warranty service (oil change and tire rotation). Called in the morning, dropped off at 1100, and It was ready after lunch.

This place was super!! It was easy to make an appointment. Upon arrival, they were quick and very friendly. They say my expectations for time that I would wait. The waiting area was comfy and they had coffee. My car was very well taken care of and even washed. I would come here every time for my car maintenance.

I just took my car in for service again, and the service department has managed to exceed expectations yet again. The staff are friendly, and they keep their appointments. Their prices are very fair, too, even compared to an independent shop. Really pleased with this dealership.

The BEST service experience I have ever had. REQUEST TERRY FOR YOUR JOB! He is the absolute bomb. He took me back to the shop to explain everything that was wrong with my car and was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Misty, my service writer was great and super helpful it was worth every penny that It cost me to get my baby back on the road & running healthy without leaks or issues. My 2006 STI had a major overhaul. and it runs like a dream now. Timing belt, headgasket, oil seepage and boost leaks from vacuum hoses and my sloppy shifter were all addressed and taken care of and they gave me a great deal on parts and labor. Considering how this car was cobbled together from the previous owner the labor costs and parts were well worth it for someone who knows what they're doing to start back at a baseline and ACTUAL SUBARU PARTS. We purchased a used VW Beetle Convertible online from Greg Cox at Subaru of Gainesville, FL. We live in Arizona and could not check it out, test drive, etc. Greg sent us pictures, kept us updated as we went through the process and expedited all the paperwork. He also arranged to have the car shipped to us. We put a LOT of trust in the dealer and especially Greg - and they went the extra mile. The Beetle was exactly as they described and we are totally satisfied with the process - and especially with our Beetle Convertible.

Just bought a new 2017 Subaru BRZ Series. Yellow from Steven M. He and the staff are willing to work with the customer to make sure everyone is happy. Even though the sales manager, Jimmy, is quiet, he made the experience pleasant by adding equipment to the car that I wanted. One item they paid for the rest were at cost. Sean was great and helpful when my wife purchased a used Outback a few months ago. Sean made sure that the trade-in price for her old car was fair. Service Dept: first of all, sometimes I show up there too much for random parts. Everyone in the service department is like family. Wes, gave my 3 year old a free Subaru hat. Car is either finished on time or early and I always arrive to a clean car.
