Where do I begin? This company was formerly known as “Val U Car” This place is a complete waste of your time, energy and money. I’m certain the five star reviews are current employees they made leave decent reviews because they know not one person has had a good experience with them. 1. They are sharks and unprofessional individuals who don’t know anything about customer service or working with people. 2. The cars are lemons. 3. They take advantage of women, people with low credit. and low income people as well as first time car buyers. Basically I purchased a car from them and they harassed me every week or so abut money even though I made faithful payments. They called my job various time to make sure I was employed even though my job told them several times I was an employee. When I went to pay my bill you would wait forever for service just for them to be rude when you’re making a payment I had so many maintenance issues with my car and I’m convinced they sold me a lemon and made the conditions worse. They denied me refinancing my car even though I had made consistent payments and built credit along the way without giving me a valid reason. Please stay away from this place!!! One thing for certain I learned a lot from this experience and I will do my research before dealing with companies

Kacey is great too work with.... Good ppl will get you into a car NO LIES WTG GUYS!! But the service department is what had caused my rating to change there is NO reason a customer could be waiting hours for the so called maintenance (GPS Tracker) to be done. It should have been installed prior to customers talking possession of the the vehicle. Also if you promise a customer something stand on your word we should have to have a piece of paper for everything to be in writing all the time. Kacey was the ONLY GOOD THING about this company stay away unless your desperate they refuse to work with you on your payment during an emergency or a pandemic... Sad

This place led me to believe they where a good place to do business with I was very happy with the 2008 jeep I pick up untill I drove it home first my catalytic converter which I was notified will be fixed never received a phone call as of when part will arrive I called wouldn't get no where the worst camed when I had went to have it detail and they tell me look under the carpet and find the left passenger frame of jeep was rusted out underneath big enough where my son could of fell through called and mentioned it to them and there words to me is well where not fixing your floor so they sell u a vehicle to where u can Flintstone down the road and have no worries people save your money do not deal with these kind of people bad business also the sway bar bushings was no good omost wreak as in a jeep wooble called bbb and thy will help me gene is a liar and a cheap scap

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Got hung up on multiple times. When we went to look they wanted to hold our down payment before they even wanted to show us any vehicles. My boyfriend left his ID and tried to call multiple times to see if it was there. They kept putting us on hold or hanging up on us. Just not a place I would give my money too. Awful customer service.

During my career search I came across Indy Car Credit as they posted for an open opportunity for a vacant spot within the business. I walk in nobody greets me at the door, I walk to the back get an application from who it turns out to be the cleaning lady and not a receptionist as I had originally thought. I get fussed at for walking past car salesmen. Management needs to step up and take some responsibility and have someone in who they hire because that was the worst professional experience in my entire life. I traveled 2 hours to receive an interview and I got nothing but disrespect in return. I don't want to work with this kind of staff so I'm just giving everyone else a fair warning of who you will be working with. As I read reviews about this entity I see that I am not the only one who experienced poor customer service so I guess Management is okay with who they have working for them. This business is a joke who put customers last. Please throw my application away.

No pricing up front. Every car on lot locked. No information so you can get an idea of what fits your budget. Also found it strange that so many employees and no restroom for the customer, even though it is required by florida law... Wow stay away, don't purchase, from high pressure sales to no restroom. This is a Non friendly sales atmosphere; where you have to call or ask the prices for all cars on lot. No way to make an informed decisions about buying a car from here.

I saw some minivans that I wanted. My current car finally kicked the bucket so I decided to get another used car. I spoke with Gene after calling several other dealerships and found Indi Car Credit on a Google search. I am very happy that I contacted Gene to test drive some minivans. It is very easy and not stressful at all to work with the people at this dealership. My credit is not only that good, but we had false things on our credit making it hard to get a car until Gene and the team made it possible. They do check your credit but they are able to get you a car depending on the money you make. You can easily do Uber or something similar to earn money to pay for your car as well. The financial guy, I cannot remember his name and the guy who did the paperwork for us were very positive and worked harder than anyone I ever dealt with to get us the car we wanted. My minivan has heated seats, and a lot of pluses in it. It even has two televisions for the passengers. It was at a decent price too. A lot of dealerships tack on extra dealership fees and you end up paying way more than the car originally was. It will not take that long to pay this car off and they even gave me $3,599 off of the price. I put down a $700 down payment which is low, and I could of traded my car in if I wanted to but I am giving it to a neighbor in need who wants to fix it. My car runs smooth, and they give you a $250 warranty card for Advance Auto and Tire to fix any potential problems. That place is impressive. They have a loan to make it possible to fix your car and they get most of their work done the same day. So you cannot beat two great companies working together to make sure you have a good running car. My car looks great inside and out. When you give your opinion about Indi Car Credit, you get to step into the money box and you have a fun amount of time to catch as much money as you can. I caught $20. I enjoyed all the processes and how they work with you to make it possible to be in a car that will bless you with good transportation. I highly recommend Indi Car Credit to anyone searching for cars and do not think it would be possible because it is. They have new ownership if people from the past are not happy. The crew here does everything to make a difference in your life and for you.

I dealt with Casey. I bought a car at a different car dealership, due to multiple request for pictures of interior of 2 vehicles. I am long distance from there and never received the photos. They lost my business due to promises of pictures that seemed to be diffocult to get. Now i am a proud owner of a 2013 ford escape. I would not recommend anyone to go there. The customer service was horrible. They would not even let me see the inside when i drove an hour to see the cars.

Do not go here! I financed a gold pt cruiser. First they will shut your car off if you are short by .50 cents. The car blew its timing belt and they charged me to fix the engine. This place used to be known as Value car.

I got a car from here and by the time I got home, I was smelling oil burning. I emailed them with no response, but I took it back on Monday like they asked for the key and told them about it and they said they fixed it. By the time I got home which is about 40 minutes away it smelled the same way again. I took it to the place they give you a gift card to and they told me I had a leak that was going to cost over a thousand dollars to fix. I took it back to them immediately which is eight days after I had the car. They had it for a week and they told us we would have to pay 200 dollars before they would fix it. A week later they gave us the run around about picking the car up. We finally got the car back and it still drove bad and smells. Not to mention two days later the check engine light has came on. This place does not tell you total price of the car because looking at our contract I would have never went through with it, that’s my bad and they got us, please don’t let them get you to. If you call there you will almost never get anyone but the payment people. They are a rip off and don’t care what they sell you. Please don’t go here. I have something for them though. Would be a zero star if they would allow it.

Excellent customer service from the whole staff! I Called the manager Gene Kaye and basically told him what I could afford and that I needed a car "TODAY" so I went in and with the help of staff, they definitely worked with me and got me in a Hyundai Accent the same day!!! Been to other places either turned down or never contacted. Indi car credit was freindly understanding and worked with us. Had several options of cars available and financing was a breeze. Drove the car home the same day. The associates were well versed with the vehicles and history and we're the most polite and friendly I have ever dealt with. Gop Al and Gene were the best associates I've had the pleasure to deal with. They were kind, courteous and well knowledgable.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to just to write this review!! We waited 3 hours just to test drive a vehicle. They asked for all of our personal info up front plus a deposit of $1500. We never said we were BUYING we just wanted to test drive to see if we liked a certain vehicle. We decided we would wait and see what happened. We didn't know they were running our credit and doing paper work! Apparently they check you out then tell you which cars you qualify for!!! Doesn't matter what YOU WANT!! We got our $1500 back and left. Crappy service, they only think of themselves and are only after your $$&

Was there this morning and just because of what I pulled up in currently driving I was automatically judged but decided to take a look at their inventory and found pure junk with front end issues and slick tires. I ask about the issue and the manager instantly got angry because of my questioning. I would rate this place as a rip off, totally an unprofessional way to conduct business! On the positive note they did me favor because I got a nicer vehicle newer model with 5 year warranty! Folks beware of this business and don't let the credit pig get you into JUNK!

Some staff were not friendly and insisted on doing credit app. first rather than check inventory for what we wanted. It then took forever to do credit app. and trade appraisal. I will never go there again

Ex employee, no commission checks was told I need to be there to get it, I was there when I sold the vehicles and never saw anything , supposed to be salary pay checks were never what they were supposed to be, had several people get a vehicle and they won’t start or it’s one thing or another wrong with them, place has been sued a dozen times I do not recommend ,

Misleading place ever and very phony. I fell for it greatly… why because I’m naïve and people take me and my husband kindness for a weakness. That’s ok because we learn from our mistakes, and boy this was a BIG one!!!!!! I been with them for a total of 3 years the financial department is uprightly RUDE!!!!!! Even if Paul was being phony with me and I pray he wasn’t, I truly believe he was by far one of the upfront and only one with a kind tone and customer service etiquette I love. And they truly lied about the pay code situation! Very misleading .

Sales people are very nice and no matter what type of credit you have they will find a way to put you in a vehicle.

My husband and I went in and they ran my credit along with his. I initially agreed to that then told them not to run mine. They did anyway which affected my credit. My husband was approved on his own but didn't purchase a vehicle immediately. I found out they had ran my credit and called and complained. My husband went back 2 days later and all of a sudden they no longer wanted to sell him a vehicle. If you want a great deal with great service take your business to Paul West!

Gopal, Gene, KC, Hunter showed great customer support and satisfaction and really worked hard to get me approved for a nice car. They were very attentive to my needs and wants and made the transition into buying a car easy.

They are very helpful with helping you get approved for a car. The bathrooms are not handicapped accessible. We recently were taken advantage of as the vehicle we were shown a 2008 KIA Rondo would not accept a lift for 300 lbs total including the mobility scooter which I showed a picture of to Andre. The person that it was to be used for is disabled and present from 9a to 4p. He was also in lots of pain when making decisions. This dealership has an "F" rating per the Better Business Bureau. They use to be Value Car and owner tried to put a friend out of business who is very reputable to the community. I have returned said vehicle to them. They have my 2016 KIA Rio on consignment. I have not received any return calls from them nor does the BBB. This month I sent word to the State Attorney Generals Office to inform them of the events we are going through with this dealership. They in turn responded and forwarded my message to all agencies that deal with Automobile Dealerships. Please do not go to them for a vehicle no matter what. You are best going to someone that reputable and have a good rating with the BBB.

Well I'm excited to say it was the easiest I have ever went through to get a nice car ... I got a brand new honda civic no worries about my credit score at all !!! Just goes off of employment so that was a A+ .. They give u a free oil change and free spare tire and extra tire as well !!! FREE NO CATCHES I was shocked .. Also I only put 750 down drove my car off the lot they have the cheapest down payments with the insurance company they know... Very professional Dylan was so funny and polite he never was rude or nobody ever seemed aggravated ... I have nothing bad to say I will update in the future if need be but until then im gonna keep enjoying my new whip !!!!!! #BabiiTay

After initial contact, I was pressured into applying for truck. Would not reveal asking price. Spent 2+ hours waiting for approval. When finance person finally returned, he quoted a monthly payment $150 more than what I told him my maximum was-even though I had explicitly explained multiple times my maximum possible down and monthly payment.

Qualified for the Buy Back Program and Traded in my 2009 Hyundai for a 2016 Hyundai and I just Love Gene And KC and the whole Indi Car I’ve been with them Going on 3yrs and can’t thank Them Enough...I would Recommend Them To Anybody!!

I truly wish there was a way to rate them 0 stars. Now they've got our tag and are holding it hostage for $300 more, money we weren't told about. Gene is a mouthpiece for Andre, the guy with the pig, and will tell you anything you want to hear to make you leave if there is a problem. This place is a joke. They are quick at helping you find a vehicle and get you out the door with it. That is where the good stuff stops. I understand we were buying a vehicle as is, but we've had this truck for 3 weeks and have driven it a total of 4 days, the rest of the time it's been in the shop. Starter, front wheel bearings, rear end trouble, no emergency brake, the security system has been removed, the list goes on and on. None of which they've elected to fix or help pay for. It should be a crime (and apparently it's not one in Florida) to sell someone a jalopy that's been fixed just enough to get them home in. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from here if I had it all to do over.

Just an FYI to craigslist sellers, they will use a bait and switch. They called me about my craigslist post and offered to pay me full asking. It seemed too good to be true, but I was curious and had some time to kill. I brought in my truck and they inspected it for about an hour and gave me an offer of half asking which is actually a reasonable trade in value. Not a surprising result lol good luck all

The Greeter Ms. Angela was very pleasant and all the staff were very professional. Unfortunately, I didn't drive off of the lot with a new vehicle due to personal discrepancies, but I will most definitely be back once those issues are worked out. The staff weren't pushy and explained everything in detail and I look forward to purchasing a vehicle with them in the future.
