Went in looking to buy a 2007 American Eagle silver DOLLAR from them as I’ve purchased several coins and rounds from them In the past with no issue. Took literally 20minutes for them to agree on the offer I made for the coin and they finally agreed on a price as long as I paid tax on the coin. As all people in this hobby that live in FL know there is NO tax on actual money but they insisted I was wrong and that I could pay the ridiculous retail price they had on the tag. Owner, please educate your staff on how the sale of coins and money work in the state of Florida! You have lost a frequent customer for life.

I have been doing business with this establishment for several years. I go there before I look anywhere else. I have purchased firearms and other items, also sold many items there. Their prices are reasonable and customer service very good. I usually deal with Noah or Jason. Recently, I purchased a new firearm from Noah. I have dealt with him a lot. He is very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. He drives a hard bargain but in the end you get a reasonable price.

Took some old stuff collecting dust in my garage in to sell. They went above the amount what they should have given. By them helping me out I didn’t have to cart back outside. Would highly recommend using them if you need extra cash or just want to unload some useful items.

TBG is Great!! I am originally from South Florida and the pawn shops down there are very different. At TBG it is well organized, clean, it’s a welcoming atmosphere. When I walked in I was greeted and did not feel judged. They inventory is in good condition and I found what I wanted. It was a great experience. I highly recommend them if you are selling or buying.

Staff is truly amazing and helpful. They always have great stuff to buy! I usually by my Birthday present there each year! If I need it they have it. Sometimes I just go in to seek what new stuff they have. The Manager Jason always takes great care of me and all my friends.

Calvin was extremely helpful and came out to greet me and answer questions when I was looking at their chainsaws. I found a great Stihl chainsaw at a very fair price. I own a landscape company and have always had a good experience with the other yard tools I have picked up here as well.

This place is great! I went too a few other pawn shops and none of them to me could compare to TB Goods and as soon as I walked in and I was greeted by the employees I'm not sure if the owner was there or not but if so maybe he greeted me and then I came in looking for a vacuum cleaner and Deb she worked over in a corner and she helped me out they had to num vacuums she wanted it for herself but she was still kinda she let me get it and it's perfect for me cuz I have two babies and I needed something light and it's just perfect I recommend that y'all go check out this pawn shop they also have some great luxury is purses in their ladies okay I'm talking about they got cold Versace MK they got a lot of good ones y'all go check them out

Unlike every other pawn shop I have been to, this place was clean and professional. Not only that, but they clearly respect the property of their customers, as I pawned my laptop without a case and they were kind enough to bubble wrap it prior to storage. I fell on hard times with the economy and had to pawn a item holding sentimental value to me the pawn was only 200$ and I've since paid triple that in extensions as I can't pay the full amount so I basically paid back triple what I borrowed, you'd thi k they just let me have my stuff back considering they made planety of money off me but no! They want the full borrowed amount paid at once. I am very sadened and would highly recommend staying far away from this place.. they do not care about rep or thier customers that keep them in business aperently. I fully regret ever bringing my stuff here.

Great place. Super friendly. Fair prices for everything, and they won't hassle you. The store is well kept as well. I highly recommend these 3. If you've ever gone to a pawn shop, sometimes they're not as friendly or helpful... But not these guys. I had them take a picture, and that's rare for me.

Purchased a firearm from them , transaction went smooth enough shipping it to me. Gun had several broken/missing components and didn't function properly- none of this was disclosed. Attempted several time to address with shop and have yet to hear back after several weeks.

Stopped by the store to pick up a TV and ended up walking out with two! Went in looking for a large flat screen and was able to pick up a 50 inch Samsung at a great price and a smaller TV to replace my daughter's old tv. This is a pretty awesome pawn shop and I highly recommend it. Pawn shops have a pretty bad reputation for a lot of reasons, but TBGoods isn’t like most pawn shops. Their showrooms are clean and well-lit, and their brokers are professional and friendly. The business prides itself on its honesty and fairness, and during these difficult times, it isn’t a bad idea for people who are unbanked to develop and foster a relationship with a reputable business like this one. They offer fair rates on loans and they sell merchandise for awesome prices. All merchandise that hits the floor is cleaned and tested, too, which seems like it should be an industry standard, but if you frequent pawn shops looking for deals, you know that it isn’t. I’ve moved away to Tampa Bay now, but if ever I needed to pawn something, I would drive back to TBGoods in Gainesville.

Horrible service. The minute I walked in I felt tension from the man behind the counter with red hair and glasses. The first person in the state of Florida that would not let me see any firearms even when showing my conceal carry permit. Really bad experience and I would recommend not spending a dollar with these people and taking your business elsewhere.

I decided to stop by TBGoods for the first time the other day to sell some of my old gold jewelry. I don’t normally write reviews but felt like the staff at TBGoods really deserved a 5 star review from me after the wonderful experience I had with them. All of the staff members were super friendly and helpful. The money they offered me for my gold was more than fair and the whole experience took less than 5 minutes despite the fact that there were several other customers in the store. It makes a huge difference for a business to have adequate staffing especially when they are as nice and helpful as the ones at TBGoods. And I also have to mention that they stay open later than most of the other local pawn shops which made this whole experience much more convenient since I work most days until after 5-6 PM.
