Nice place to do business if you are desperate. But comparing to Kelly Blue Book and other dealerships this place sells cars double their actual value. Looked at a Versa 2016 valued at $10,000 and they were charging $20,000. Overpriced!!!

My experience was great at US Auto. My salesman was Jack and he was awesome he got me the car I wanted and they even helped me with the down payment. One of the bonuses of this place is you leave with a metal plate not a paper in the window. So you dont have to come back for or make a trip to the DMV everything is done in house. Very convenient. I bought a car from the Gainesville location in December. I barely had had my car for a month before the transmission burnt up because the car did not have transmission fluid in it. I've been given the run around over the phone from just about everyone. The vehicle was supposed to be under warranty however, they are still expecting me to pay for some repairs that were not caused by me in the first place and by the locations negligence in making sure the car had the fluids it needed to operate. im currently still dealing with this headache. All I wanted was a reliable car and now I am stuck making payments on a car I do not even have. Im really bummed because I made my purchase based on the excellent reviews I've read and I just hope that this situation will be resolved because no one should drive off a lot with a problem and a costly one at that.
