Florida Credit Union Nw 13th St, Gainesville

My experience was great when I stopped by Florida Credit Union. Kristen McCarter assisted me and took care of my needs. Not only was she pleasant she was very professional. She ensured that I received great service and was satisfied.

I haven’t been a member long, but I really enjoy my experience every time I visit the 13th street branch. Kristen M is by far the best teller there. From the greet, to her smile & positive energy. She’s takes the time out not only to help, but makes sure others are having a good day. I highly recommend FLCU to any & everyone!

Kristen is a breath of fresh air! She was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of my questions without hesitation, I will definitely go to her when I need any banking service!

Kristen is always very professional, courteous and consistent concerning my needs with FCU. What I am particularly impressed by is Kristen remembering specific request such as envelopes for certified checks for example. Kristen always remembers the little things like envelopes and asking how am doing, which makes feel good about going to the bank.These particulars concerning costumer service is what makes me feel considered and special at FCU.
