Worked with Corey Eckstrand through St.Cloud mortgage for my purchasing not one but three separate homes in the last six years. Always straight forward and hard working. Never has a complaint with anyone who works in that office. Hats off to them all as they will work hard for current and future clients.

Corey and Justin, at St. Cloud Mortgage, were able to get my loan approved when others said it was never going to happen. I stumbled across St. Cloud Mortgage one day when I was not planning on meeting with anyone regarding my mortgage dilemma. I was in the building taking care of other business where St. Cloud mortgage was located, and I happen to walk by the office. I stuck my head in to see if anybody was available. I was greeted by Corey and he was more than happy to make time for me. He welcomed me into his office. I estimate that we spent at least an hour talking about my set of circumstances and how he thought we should approach my unique loan needs. I explained to Corey that I wanted to combine my first and second mortgages into one new loan. I remember him saying he was not able to promise that my loan would be a sure thing. However, he assured me that one way or another he believed it could get done. I was honestly surprised that someone who did not know me would take such an interest in a difficult situation such as mine. Corey had given me hope to improve my financial situation, when all others told me I needed to continue down a path of mortgage misery. As with anything, communication is important. Corey and Justin were excellent at explaining to me all the possible options of my unique situation. We were able to call, text, email whatever information we needed to look at or discuss in a timely fashion. They were able to gain my trust and respect from start to finish. It was a long process, but in the end, we got the successful results they worked for. I really appreciated the fact that St. Cloud Mortgage is a local company that took the time to listen and work with me. Getting a mortgage can be a complicated and frustrating process. The rules and guidelines are constantly changing. However, that doesn’t mean you need to suffer through it alone. Corey and Justin where there for my wife and I every step of the way. St. Cloud Mortgage has more than just financing; They have the tools, the people, and the experience to help walk anyone through the process. They take into consideration clients specific needs and can think outside the box. I will forever be thankful for Corey, Justin, and St. Cloud Mortgage for what they were able to accomplish by taking my bad mortgage and transforming it into the best mortgage for me, my family, and my financial future.

I used them to refinance my home mortgage a few years ago and had a great experience! They made the process very easy on me and kept me up to date on the progress. They were able to reduce my monthly payments without having to put money down. I had a problem with my loan company a year later and they handled everything and got my money refunded to me that I was being over charged. I can't speak highly enough and have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Corey was very knowledgeable and after being turned down by 3 banks, he looked into our situation deeper and ultimately led us to be homeowners. This is the worst mortgage company ever! We are supposed to be closing on our new house today (after our first closing got pushed back 2weeks), but because of the incompetence of the underwriter at St Cloud Mortgage (the lender of the buyer of the house we’re selling) here we sit in a hotel room in limbo! If you are looking for a lender DO NOT USE St Cloud Mortgage! If you are selling and your buyer has a pre approval through St Could Mortgage, strongly encourage them to get pre approved somewhere else!

After talking with other companies and not getting any help with purchasing our first home, a friend recommended St Cloud Mortgage and they made things possible! Every person I dealt with there was so helpful and we always had good communication.

The buyers of my house are using St Cloud Mortgage and the original closing was Friday at 10am. It is now 1:20pm on Monday and there is no word on when they will get their paperwork done. I am all done with mine but can't move into my new home until the funds are taken care of. Not only did I take off work today but other family members did as well to help with the move. I should have known at least a week ago if the closing date and time didn't work. Completely unacceptable. Very poor service.
